He then asked me to remove the mention of a refund from my review because other people might try to take advantage, and to please take down the photos because it's hard to run a small business. Though he acknowledged "I know it's too much to ask," it's totally inappropriate. I told him that it's unethical and against Yelp's terms of service to ask a customer to remove factual information from a review, and that it's not my responsibility to manage his company's reputation or what other people might do based on an honest review. The previously neglected areas of our house was left sparkling. We've had our house cleaned around eight (8) different times (before CleaningDash cleaned our house today), and we have been unhappy every single time. We have a large house (for Chicago) and every cleaning company seems to have disclaimers about how to prep one's house ahead of the cleaning. CleaningDash did have similar disclaimers, but at the end of the cleaning the disclaimers did not matter. Our house is now cleaner than it has ever been. At one point in the past, we even paid for two (2) cleaners to double-team our house, and their work product was disappointing compared to CleaningDash. Our cleaning service worked tirelessly to make sure our house was as clean as possible. CleaningDash's cleaning service was so far beyond every other cleaning service we have hired in the past, I know we won't be able to go to another cleaning service after this exception experience- it would be a waste of our time, and a waste of our energy. We are so happy with the service we received from CleaningDash, I don't even know what to say other than we will be a repeat customer, and I will share the company's information with other people in hopes of driving more business to CleaningDash! We were very disappointed! They were only there for 3 hours, which is not enough time to be thorough. I found lots of missed areas to dust and wipe after they left, and they took our Swiffer duster extension! I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but considering the high price tag and poor job, this was disappointing. Thankfully, our tenant was OCD and finished the cleaning for us. She did a much better job than DW. For a pricing reference, we pay less than half their price for our house in the suburbs that has almost 2x the square footage!

His pricing was very reasonable. They were extremely conscientious, went above and beyond. I told them to avoid things I wanted to have put in crawlspace, that a neighbor boy was coming over to do it. The owner took it upon himself to put the items in crawlspace for me, no charge. The 2 woman that arrived were cordial, but neither spoke English which made communication difficult (Ukranian & Polish). The second attendant that came out did a much better and after she left I felt the place was move-out clean appropriate. Even though both attendants were late, I'd say between the $180 price tag and thei overall attentiveness when i was unsatisfied, I'll probably give Morfin another call if I have similar needs in the future.

We made some decisions together but I mostly relied on their expertise. A team was dispatched within a few hours, and the owner came by to check on the job. When they left, the basement was dry, spotless, sanitized and deodorized. Their industrial fans and dehumidifier finished the job. Emergency situations can put the consumer at a disadvantage because time is not on your side. I was lucky to find this company.
