A friend of my referred me to this place, so I knew I could give it a shot without being disappointed. I also booked the same maid that my friend uses so with her being a regular, it could've helped with increasing the intention of promoting their top service! My apartment was pristine and all the requests that I made were perfectly completed. It looked like super new and was pleasing to the eye. The staff were very professional and brought their own cleaning supplies. They used some quality vacuum and soap dispenser in a mop (I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge for these terms). The machines were not rowdy despite my initial worry that it would disrupt my neighbors. They also moved all my furnitures and made sure to get every spot. I believe the service they provide is excellent and they would be able to satisfy the needs of anyone. I had a pleasant experience with the staff as they were super friendly and outgoing. Overall, I believe they are a great service to use. For anyone who is hesitating, I would not spare another moment and immediately try this service out. It will save you so much time.

They stated that they wanted to revisit the situation, find a fair resolution & asked me to propose what I believed would be reasonable. They also asked if I would consider revisiting my review once we came to a resolution. I responded the same day. I explained that my original vacuum cost approximately $200 and that, although I would have preferred to replace it with a comparable model, I deliberately purchased a less expensive replacement for $108.49 in an effort to keep things fair. I also noted that I had originally asked the company to reimburse only half of that amount, but that request was declined & I was directed to pursue the matter through the company's insurance. Given the considerable time and back-and-forth that had already gone into this matter, I asked that the company reimburse the full $108.49 replacement cost and advised that I would update my review to reflect any resolution reached. As of August 2, I have received no response. I am adding this update because it is part of my experience with this company. They reopened the discussion, asked me to propose a fair resolution, and I responded the same day. Since then, there has been no further communication.

I wanted to hire a cleaning service to clean my apartment before hosting 50 people for my…read moredaughter's first birthday. Big mistake picking this cleaning service. I specified I wanted a deep clean of the kitchen especially, with special attention given to the common areas. When I came home, the cabinets and baseboards of the kitchen were still obviously dirty and appeared to be untouched. I was under the impression they had finished deep cleaning all the rooms and needless to say, I was upset. There was a layer of dust on the baseboards I could pick up with my finger. The morning after, I discovered someone tried to clean my tea kettle but failed to rinse out the soap left in the tea kettle. Needless to say, I ended up having soapy tea because of this. I alerted the owner, Sonia regarding my concerns, to which she said that because I have an old kitchen, it will never look new again. I explained twice to her that my kitchen is not old, I rehabbed it four years ago but she didn't seem to listen to me. I alerted her of my concerns and she did not valid them, just offered to bring in someone to clean for two hours the following day for free. Ok, maybe a bit of a repair. Nope, three people came, one of which was the owner Sonia. She said they would be there for about 45 minutes and clean simultaneously. They were there for maybe 30 minutes and spent most of the time whispering to each other, probably about me. Don't use this service. Their communication is poor and in trying to repair a customer service breakdown, they end up whispering to each other instead of cleaning. If they were more upfront about what was needed to clean my home, I would have been understanding. Instead she made me feel like shit, implying I never clean and it's my fault that they couldn't clean sufficiently. I work four jobs and have an infant daughter, I don't always have the time to deep clean my hone. I was hoping they could help but instead they made me feel like shit and did a subpar job.

Note: they hire contractors and they don't employ ACTUAL professional cleaners. Extremely disappointed. I was really excited for this because I am redoing my apartment and wanted a deep clean before I move things around, etc. I paid for extras including a deep clean, washing of dishes, baseboards and spot clean the walls. I live in a small studio apartment where there are barely any baseboards. The dishes were still dirty and stacked in a way where they retained moisture and there was caked on food on half of the dishes. Baseboards were not touched and the walls were not touched. They tried to argue with me saying that the cleaner didn't attempt to do the walls and the baseboards because they needed to be "repainted" but then why was I still charged for it? I sent them before and after pictures of me doing it including a one minute video of me cleaning the worst section with ONE Clorox wipe. The cleaner then left all of my cabinets GREASY in an unknown concoction and left the top of my dresser the same way. They argued that I didn't pay to have the INSIDE of my cabinets cleaned. That has nothing to do with what I just explained about the outside of the cabinets that I did pay for. Then they didn't move any picture frames, etc around and just wiped around it which is not a deep clean again something I paid for. I was out of town and they left my window OPEN (they knew I have a cat!) and unplugged my auto cat feeder so my cat was crying when I got home. They said the window was left open because the cleaner had PET ALLERGIES. Why is someone with pet allergies cleaning my apartment especially when I AGAIN PAID EXTRA BECAUSE I HAVE PETS. I checked under my ONE rug in the apartment to see if they actually mopped and vacuumed. Nope they didn't even vacuum the rug itself and didn't clean underneath it. I'm leaving this review because after sending pictures and videos and just asking for the extras to be taken off, they tried to argue with me and only give me 10% off of a $289 bill. And before I even got home to inspect (they cleaned the day before I got back home), they called, texted and emailed me about leaving a tip which felt really overbearing when they knew I was out of town. I'm just extremely disappointed and just want some understanding since I had to redo the majority of the cleaning and clean the extras that I prepaid for that did not get done.
