Mila came out on July 10 as an introduction and to see what the job would entail. She seemed professional. Walked around, asked a bunch of questions, took some notes, video, and pictures. She said she would contact me shortly to set up a trial cleaning. She disappeared. I reached out a week later to see if she was interested in the job. No response. Why waste my time? Why take so many notes, pictures, and video if you don't plan on getting back to me? Do I need to worry about my home's security? First impressions are important, but easy to fake. She ended up not being professional. MY REPLY TO THE BUSINESS OWNERS RESPONSE: Your response is a lie. You never reached out to us again. I have uploaded an image of our conversation. Crickets from you after you came out. read more

Mila's Cleaning Services - Why no response? A simple "I'm not interested in this job" would have been fine. - Office Cleaning Near Me

great service ! definitely recommend. very responsive and professional. Maria did a great job. 5 stars !

I cannot recommend Inna highly enough! Excellent service, attentive, and extremely thoughtful.

Based on all the great reviews, I was so excited to give Mila's services a try. I'm not happy with her services. We scheduled a move in cleaning to get our condo fresh before we moving in. It's a new unit but needed to be dusted and floors wiped. The cleaning was done but it wasn't thorough. I sent her photos and a video of our condo which was still dusty. We still had marks on the wall, which are easy to take off and we did ourselves with a magic eraser, but then what was the point of paying for a cleaning? read more

I've been using Mila's Cleaning Services for 2 years. She is reliable and all of the people I've had in my home have been nice and trustworthy. They do a very thorough job of cleaning and I've been very happy with their service. Mila is also very flexible if you need a schedule change at times. I have recommended her service to others as well and friends are satisfied as well. read more

Whenever I have the opportunity to support a women owned business, I'm more than happy to do that. Mila is wonderful to work with and assured me her staff is comfortable working while pets are around. I had a deep cleaning of my place and everything turned out great, I ended up continuing service 2x a month. Mila makes everything very convenient and will text me to confirm the night before service. She's very responsive and allows Venmo payment. I like Mila! She's very professional, responsive and she takes pride in her business and staff! Hire Mila! read more

Mila's Cleaning Services - Office Cleaning Near Me

I was in search of a new cleaning service for my condo and I am beyond impressed. Not only did Mila take the generous and thoughtful time to come and give me an estimate, she was so thorough and even took notes! I really appreciated that Mila also asked me about fragile items or antiques as to ensure that she mitigated risk of any accidents. (WHO DOES THAT?) WOW Mila followed up with assigning an excellent lady who will now be a bi weekly help and I am over the moon thrilled with the attention to detail and quality of the service I received. I have used many cleaning services in the past and can say that this is hands down the best. Thank you Mila and Team! read more

Mila provides terrific cleaning, great attitude and wonderful service. She came to give me an estimate and she was very friendly, thorough and patient. i was actually on medication at the time and not feeling well so probably less friendly than i normally am, but Mila was terrific. We discussed a price (VERY REASONABLE) and a time and date. The woman who came to clean was on time, just as friendly and did an exceptional job! i am VERY HAPPY with the service! read more

I'm glad I found Mila's services. I am set up for recurring cleaning of my 2/2 condo every two weeks. As others commented, Mila (owner) herself contacts you to set up a walk-through of your space in the beginning, which I actually appreciated! We discussed where I keep my supplies as well as nuances of cleaning my home (I have pets and an infant) and specific things I'd like cleaned. I found the quote to be very reasonable! Mila asked me in the beginning if I wanted someone who could speak English, but this wasn't a requirement for me. Instead, I communicate directly with Mila via text message, which is so convenient for me. Anytime there has been any variance in cleaning - for example if I want a special thing cleaned - Mila will tell my housekeeper so she knows. I have the same housekeeper each time, which I love too - it's consistent! Admittedly, I am not a "clean freak", so the cleaning from Mila's cleaners is always beautifully done for me and better than I'd ever do! I will tell Mila if there is a problem so it can be corrected. She is very personable and responsive. Rescheduling has always been easy when something comes up. Overall this is a painless company to work with and you get a nice clean home! read more

I could have cleaned my whole house with the time I wasted trying to schedule an appointment! I contacted this company to set up an on-going monthly cleaning. When someone picked up the phone they refused to give me a quote via phone and stated they needed to inspect the home first for a look around. I scheduled a Saturday appointment to do this and she never showed. I had called her 4 times throughout the week trying to confirm that she was coming and there was no return call, so I can't say I was surprised. Don't waste your time! read more

I am very impressed with Mila's Cleaning Service. My friend hired them and was blown away by how beautiful her apartment looked every single time they cleaned. I had to see for myself. When I contacted Mila, she was so kind, flexible, and easy to work with. She is a great communicator and very professional. Her employee did an amazing job cleaning my apartment- it was so nice coming back to see all the dust was removed, the floors were shiny, and the shower/bathroom was sparkling. It was also for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend!! read more

I've been using Mila's service for over 2 years now. The ladies are excellent! Always on time, very trust worthy and just super nice. They don't mind you asking them to do specific things or using specific products. Overall, I've never had a problem and have referred them to family and friends! read more

Mila's services have been wonderful! Mila scheduled an initial visit to see the size our place, go over exactly what we would like cleaned, and give us a quote. She has been extremely responsive via text message, and always texts the day before to make sure nothing has come up and our cleaning is a go for the next day. Our apartment is always spotless when we come home, and we think we pay a reasonable price for the size our place and the frequency of the cleaning. If we have any requests for the woman doing the cleaning, we text them to Mila and she relays them accordingly. Highly recommend!!! read more

Mila and her team are a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them!!! Alexandra does a wonderfully thorough job cleaning our condo and is a delight to have in our home. Give them a shot, you won't regret it! read more

Mila was very helpful and responsive during my initial call and texts to schedule a move-in cleaning. I scheduled my cleaning almost a month before move in. However, a week before I'm set to close on my condo, Mila hasn't responded to confirm that I'm still set for my cleaning. I've been trying to reach the company for 3 days. It was at her request that I reached out prior to closing to make sure my closing date was still on track. Please book with another company this one is too unreliable and I should not have this type of headache before a big day such as a condo closing. read more

Alla was very accommodating and thorough. She's given me a list of items to have on hand next time she cleans. Worked well independently.

I feel lucky I found Mila and her wonderful service! I first met Mila about a year ago. Mila did a walkthrough of my 2 bedroom/2bath condo in Lincoln Park. She asked detailed questions about my expectations of the service and what is provided (several other companies charge more for small tasks ie: empty dishwasher, change sheets, NOT Mila!). Mila determined a VERY reasonable price for my 2x/month service and I Venmo her, can you ask for anything more convenient! She also accepts Chase Quick Pay, checks and cash. When I first began I was not sure if I would continue for a long period of time but because of Mila's convenient, professional, and detail-oriented service, I have never looked back! Mila is responsive and when I need my cleaning scheduled around a change in my schedule she is always accommodating. Mila texts me the night before each cleaning to confirm and the next day when I get home from work and my condo smells of delicious cleaning products and I can get right to cooking dinner! Mila is very easy to deal with professional and the cleaning service provided by her staff is top notch. Highly recommend! read more

Mila said she's never done work for me. Umm...yes, she did, though she may not recognize me by my screen name. I posted an accurate review after a disappointing experience. read more

I love, love, LOVE Mila's cleaning services! All my cleanings have been amazing. They do a great job each time. Any questions or concerns are taken care of. I recommend them to everyone I know. They clean the little nooks that I've never paid attention to. read more

I've used Mila's Cleaning Service for about 6 months (monthly cleaning). Pricing is competitive, Tanya is reliably on time, and the quality of the work is very good. My previous cleaning service damaged some of my glass surfaces and that has not happened with Tanya. I'm pleased with the cleanings so far and would recommend Mila's Cleaners to others. read more

I was looking for a new cleaning service for a 1 BR apartment after being unhappy with my previous service and Mila and her team have done an excellent job. I have used Mila's cleaning services for over 2 years. All the cleaning ladies do an amazing job. They are always on time and I have never had any issues. Mila was extremely professional in her dealings, right from visiting my place and understanding my needs to refiling supplies and responding to any additional requests. She made an effort to send a reminder about the service the day before and always notified of any changes. I highly recommend her cleaning services and wish her tremendous success! read more

This was the best decision we could have made. Mila came to the apartment for a consultation and walk through of the place. She took notes specific to what our needs were and she was very thorough with the services that were provided. We set up a time and provided the cleaning supplies for the cleaner to use. They did such a good job. They did everything that we asked of them. They organized our front closet even which was above and beyond our expectations because it was not something we asked them to do. It was such a great service. I totally recommend this service to working folk who value their living space but don't have the time necessary to vigorously clean their home. Huge improvement to our quality of life. Mila and her staff are the best. read more

This is the worst cleaning service I've dealt with. Mila charged 20% more than any other service I've used and provided the worst service. The cleaning was mediocre, her employees only speak polish and she is too busy to communicate with her clients. read more

Irina did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment, and Mila herself was great -- she took the time to do a walkthrough beforehand and told me which products I'd need. Thank you! read more

Very happy with Mila's cleaning services! Mila came to do an initial walkthrough to see what kind of cleaning my 2bd/2ba condo needed. She was so nice and professional and very easy to get a hold of. We scheduled my first deep clean and I have no complaints! Natalie spent 5 hours on our home and the place is looking like new! We'll be scheduling monthly cleanings going forward since the price is very reasonable. read more
