The place was a bit of a wreck. We're two working parents with busy schedules and a 3 year old that doesn't know the difference between clean and dirty. We had a deep cleaning performed before my in-laws showed up for a stay. Crina and team were able to fit us in on short notice. Wow! All the 5 star reviews surprise me. I used Anna and Crina for monthly cleaning for about 6 or 7 months. I've given them positive feedback but also told them when something was wrong. Their cleaning was good but I'd say 50% of the time they broke something or gauged my walls. I've had to repaint or clean scuffs off freshly painted walls and cabinets 3 times. The other times I just let it go and didn't say anything. They broke a $75 piece of glass from my bar. I felt bad so I just asked for $50. The last cleaning I had was on 1/10. They left and I found a broken picture in a bathroom, a scratch on the wall where they tried to hang it back up and chipped trim where the picture must have landed. I paid them as soon as they left (and I'm sorry I did). I emailed Crina two times and never heard back. I called her today and she sent it to voicemail. I left a detailed message letting her know it was disheartening that she didn't have the courage to respond. In short, they are COWARDS. Sad we gave both of them gifts for Christmas. I've dealt with people like them before. Shame on me for hiring people like them again. Your house will be clean but it will also look like a 2-year-old terrorized it. They charged me $80 to $100 an hour for this! read more

I used Green Clean for a deep clean of a Condo after tenants had moved out. I doubt the tenants had cleaned the bathroom, kitchen or floors in the entire 2.5 years they lived there. My realtor came in to see the damage and said she'd recommend changing out lots of things due to the condition they were in. After hiring Green Clean, all I can say is WOW!!! All of the wood trim, doors, cabinets now look new. The bathroom is again in the same condition it was prior to renting it out (we had just overhauled the bathroom prior to the tenants moving in). I am so impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. I will be using them in my own home as well as recommending them to our condo building. read more
