I just hired Lares Maids to do a move-in cleaning for my new home. They cleaning ladies were on time and did a great job! They were efficient in their cleaning and tackled more than I expected: cleaning the stove grates, inside the oven, inside kitchen cabinets, dining room light fixture, and even some of the waist level trim in our dining room. Some fine detailing (base trims, electrical outlets, walls) were not done, but that is something i would categorized as a deep clean so that was fine by me. Halfway through (when they were done with the finished basement) they asked me to inspect their work and to tell them if they missed anything. I really appreciated that offer! I commented on a couple of things and they were happy to address them. I definitely think I'll use their service again! Great value for great work. It's funny, I always thought my house was pretty tidy but it's true that you never know just how dirty it is until you have a great cleaning service come in and do a deep clean. Had an appt for a house cleaning today that I made through here in Yelp. Cleaner was suppose to be here between 9-10am and I have been trying to call @ email Alejandro sand I am being totally ghosted. He sent me an email with his Zelle info to pay him shortly before 10 am and I replied with where is the cleaning person and crickets since then. I really tried to give this business a chance. I had a cleaning from them once in May. The 2 ladies did a really nice job. i wanted to schedule a monthly cleaning which i did with the owner for June 6th. i texted the owner the saturday before the appointment to confirm no response. Monday came and no response. i messaged the owner on Yelp .. and get a response smh... even confirmed that was the correct number... a lot of back and forth and scheduled me an appointment for thursday 6/16... get a call that the maids car isn't working and asked to reschedule for friday .6/17 i agreed because the ladies did great work. Here comes Friday, no show , i texted the owner no response... ridiculous and bad customer service... use at your own risk ...seeing his response my appointment was for 9am and i received calls with no voicemails from numbers i did not recognize at 8:12 am ... 47 minutes early for an appointment... At 8:36 i texted back who is this and no response ..doesn't make any sense.. read more
