Maria and her team are incredible to work with! They have now helped us with a full house post construction cleaning, a move out cleaning, general cleaning such as helping with an outdoor grill and building common space. Each time she is very quick to respond, thorough in her questions to determine exactly what services you need and provides a quick quote. She and her team always show up on time and work hard to complete your job exactly as discussed. I will not use any other team and continue to work with them, very happy and appreciative customer here! read more

Very bad .... Not professional.... And dishonest.broke my oven glass and denied... Marie and her team is very dishonest...

Maria's Team has been cleaning my home every two weeks for the past year. I consider the price quite good, given the top quality work her teams do. After every visit I'm blown away by how quickly and throughly the teams work, as well as their attention detail. read more

They did a great job hen they started until one of the cleaned scratched my stainless Steel stove Maria came out and tried to say it was always like this and tried to put the blame on us. When asked for her insurance information she said she would send an email. after this she totally ghosted us and would not reply to any form of communication We ended up replacing ourselves and getting a different company They seem to be fine unless there is any issue and then they are unhelpful I would not recommend to anyone read more

So far, this bussiness is Very responsive, professional, estimate is fair, scheduling is easy and the before/after photos are impressive and helpful in deciding to go with A Real Maids. My Service is scheduled for Monday and I will update this review when completed. So far so good! I may have to treat myself/house to their bimonthly cleaning service if all goes well. read more

I requested a deep cleaning. They were prompt and they did an incredible job, with real attention to detail. I would hire them again!

So the first few times we were super pleased with the job they did. Then we started getting new people every time and some were obviously being trained. They were late several times and the last straw was a sticky floor and none of the cabinets had been wiped down. The were bad streaks on our kitchen table as well as our counter top. Had to say goodbye. Too bad. They started out do great. read more

I was taking care of a sick parent this past year and his eventual passing. I was not home all year to take care of my home. I went on Yelp and researched the reviews. This company seems like they had a good reputation. The owner came out the very next day I called for a consultation and to see the house. She was kind, empathetic and very professional. I have a 3,200 square foot house. I have now had them coming for over two months and they do an absolutely wonderful job. I am blessed with the team of Maribel and Damaris and I can feel their loving care when I come home. They are fast, efficient, but also have great attention to detail. I trust them in my home and I think the owner Maria cares greatly for her employees and clients. I feel like I get exactly what I need every two weeks for the price. Can't recommend enough. read more

A Real Maids - Doesn't even do justice how impeccably clean my house looks. - Home Cleaning Near Me

We scheduled a time for someone to come give me an estimate. 35 minutes after the agreed-upon time no one had shown up so I reached out to Real Maids. Ten minutes later I got a reply saying they were still on another job and wanted to reschedule. Since they didn't have the courtesy to let me know they were running late and needed to reschedule, I opted to go with another company. read more

First time with A Real Maids Inc. Very happy and satisfied. Ladies cleaned our son's wall and closet door. Don't want to mention what's on it but 3 other services we had never touched it. What a great surprise. I highly recommend. read more

My wife's first time cleaning service of Maria & hubby in April 2022 was good. Maybe it's not worth the $400 initial service charge for townhouse but it's Covid-19 pandemic season so I'm ok with it. Main reason I avail of cleaning services is due to our limited physical capability (arthritic pain & some other nerve issues), I am a military disabled vet. Wife notices that the cleaning crew she sent on the next 3 occasions on a 4-week interval seems so hurried and the outcome is mediocre or unsatisfactory at best. Reviews were sent to Maria every time. Radio silence. Maria's crew still cleans my sister's-in-law place so my wife decided to avail of their services again. Maria confirmed an appointment today, Tuesday at 1:30pm, 6/27, Only this time - it's a NO SHOW, not even a courtesy call or anything to inform us that no one is coming. It's 2:06pm cst now. Very unprofessional if I may say. Not recommending this cleaning services at all. I'll give TWO ** stars for cleaning services and ONE * star for professionalism and total disregard of customer's time. read more

This is my first time with using Real Maids and Maria's team, but I am over the moon happy with how clean my house is. From top-to-bottom, they were conscientious and made sure the house was clean. During the deep cleaning, they took the time to wash the baseboards and a lot of nooks and crannies that have been neglected. I look forward to seeing what the regular monthly service is like. read more

This is what a strong, hard working local service should look like! Maria was actually able to squeeze me in just 24 hours after my first phone call, and the price was absolutely perfect. I hired her to clean my old vacant house before putting it on the market to sell, and it's the best money I've spent in a while. She did a superb job. Call Maria today, she is literally amazing! read more

NO SHOW. Not at all reliable. Did not show up for the service. Called them a couple of times but Maria never took the call.

Maria and her team clean my home twice a month. They get to all of the places (baseboards, blinds, etc) that I always seem to miss and do an excellent job. I have had other services in the past that tended to do just enough that I was not motivated to replace them so I am very pleased to have found a reliable and professional service. I cannot recommend them more strongly. read more

Loved that they did a good job cleaning my house, especially dusting everything. They were very professional and were willing to come back to re-clean some areas that needed a little extra attention. Everyone was pleasant and would recommend for regular cleaning. read more

They did a shoddy job cleaning and disinfecting a mostly clean house for move in. I could have saved by doing the work myself. I cleaned again after they left. Darn it! read more
