First of all, they were able to accommodate us and squeeze us in with such short notice. We had already moved out of the house and were living 30 minutes away, and had to get it done in a week. Angel was so good about responding to text messages and calls and being available and willing to work out a schedule so we could get it done. We had the house cleaned on a Wednesday and the carpet steam cleaned on Saturday. He even came back to my house to close my windows when it rained bc I was so far away! The price was reasonable and on par with other quotes that we got, but we loved that this is a small family business and wanted to support that. And we made the best decision and now our carpet is clean, our house is sparkling and it's ready to go on the market.
