I looked up other cleaning services and they were $300, but this one was 145+ tip so it was a deal. they came all the way from Chicago to the suburbs, which was really nice. What started as a frustrating experience turned into an acceptable one. The cleaners were 2.5 hours late. After an hour, no one had contacted me, so I had to reach out. When they finally told me nearly 2.5 hours later that they were on their way, I had to cancel. The staff was accommodating and sent another team the following day. I used this service when I was moving into a new home and was very disappointed. I spoke on the phone with the owner and told him that I had just purchased the home, had no furniture in it yet, and just wanted a thorough cleaning of the bedrooms, bathrooms, appliances, and walls so that I could be ready to paint when I moved in. They sent a crew of two people over to clean, they were here for about three hours and only washed the floors. When they asked me to inspect, there were visible cobwebs on the walls and light fixtures, windowsills and other horizontal surfaces had clearly not been touched, and there were water marks all over my appliances. Hired 2 cleaners through Yelp and Nico (the owner) for a post-construction deep clean. They were originally booked for 2 hours but we extended to 3 hours. They did a good job considering how much there was to clean. Yes they missed spots, but it's completely excusable since I can imagine it's hard to get every nook and cranny of a post-construction AND move-in clean. Would hire again. My only comment is that the business should be clear about pricing on their website or Yelp page, I was charged a reschedule fee to delay by 4 days, even though I still ended up using them for the final job. Please either put it in the contract or on your website, the contract only contained a note about the cancellation fee. Nico was great with communication through Yelp and after we rescheduled. The 2 cleaners were very nice and accommodating with all the contractors packing up to get their stuff out of the way. read more

Great professional cleaning service. Two ladies came, I only caught one of their names (Daniela) and they did a really great job. I wanted to get our apartment cleaned before leaving on a trip. The bathroom was sparkling clean, they did a great job in the kitchen, and everything was wiped down/vacuumed/etc. They only took an hour to get everything done. When we came back from our trip, our place smelled so good and it felt so serene to come back to a spotless apartment. I would recommend - wish I took before/after pics! read more

DO NOT USE this company!!!!! I have used them twice. First time,the left the cook top uncleaned. That's the most I needed. They will give you very low quote and you get low quality work. I gave them second chance, now it's the worst experience. They left the dishwasher running now the floor is damaged. Then they stopped responding the email and calls. And it costed me $1000 to repair the damaged floor and cabinet. read more

Wonderful, feel like a new home after cleaning. Super clean! The cleaners are really nice and pay attention to every detail. The team helped us clean up the carpet, the floor, oven, refrigerator, etc. every item was cleaned. Even some dirt that was difficult to remove, they also helped us deal with them. The cleaning crew did an excellent job. However, the put a large crack in a piece of marble that is part of the master shower. It is not a step, but both cleaners were short and I suspect they stepped on it to reach the top of the shower. Contacted the company twice and their only response was the crew did not crack or break anything. No crack before they came. Long crack the length of the stone after the cleaning. It will likely cost a couple of hundred dollars to replace that piece of marble. Will not use them again since they offered nothing towards the repair. read more

I only started using cleaners after having a full household of kids. I don't expect much- be on time, clean all common surface areas (or at least touch them), and clean floors. Unfortunately, these cleaners always seem to disappoint. Our family has used them over the past half year, always having to re-ask them to clean the only surface area (the top of a bookshelf) in each of my children's rooms; having to re-ask them to not leave the floors sticky;  and having to re-ask them to actually vacuum rugs. With each disappointing visit, we always go into the following month hoping that their next visit they will really take to heart that we just want (which is at least the bare minimum of cleanliness), without having to follow behind them with our own cleaning supplies in hand. Unfortunately, my loyalty and patience has run out and I have nothing good to say about this cleaning company except that they have never taken anything from my home. I would give it a minus rating if I could. I signed a contract for a deep clean on kitchen, bath and one bedroom. To begin with, they arrived ten minutes late. The list I received from the company said I would have: This service should include: * Dusting all reachable surfaces * Soap and scrub the bathroom tiles and fixtures * Soap and scrub the kitchen countertops * Clean the inside and outside of appliances and cabinets * Clean the light fixtures and ceiling fans * Mop any hardwood floors * Vacuum or sweep any baseboards * Clean window interior * Clean any shelves that are exposed This includes cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, floors, appliances. The window was not cleaned, the light fixture and fan were not cleaned, the bottom drawer on stove was not cleaned, the inside of refrigerator was not cleaned, items hanging on backsplash were not cleaned, top of refrigerator was not cleaned, top of cabinets were not cleaned, inside of cabinets were not cleaned and the baseboards were not vacuumed. As a matter of fact, the vacuum was never used. The ladies insisted they were not informed about cleaning all this stuff. Don't know if they were or not. But the surprise I was going to give my daughter did not pan out. Now I have to clean the kitchen. read more

Only plus was the team showed up with a mask. Otherwise Worst cleaning service received ever. They said they have all the cleaning items when we offered rags or cleaning clothes. They have overused the cleaning clothes or whatever they had and streaks of dirt everywhere including the surface of microwave, refrigerator, floor etc. and the mopping was horrible. When we walk on our beautiful wooden floors and vinyl in the kitchen it just sticks even the next day. Dirt left uncleaned on the kitchen faucet, handles of fridge, table corners and one small side table left totally uncleaned. Will never recommend them to anyone. read more

I had an easy job for the cleaning staff of 2: Clean an empty, mostly-clean 2-bedroom apartment to prepare for the new tenants to move in. I made an appointment just 2 days before.
