I called Kevin on 3/28 and he told me he would be at my house between 1 and 3 the next afternoon. He called at 12:30 and said he would at my house in fifteen minutes. Kevin knew exactly what was wrong, and told me what to do. He said if I was to do the work it there was no charge, but if he had to put his tool belt on he would charge. I did what he told me as he watched over me and also helped. Kevin did not charge me, but I wanted to give him some money for gas. If it wasn't for Kevin I probably would of had a foot of water in my basement during the 3/31 storms. The next time I need plumbing work done, Kevin is my go to plumber.

They replied back quickly, was at my house the next day. I have done business with A&Y plumbing for some time now.
