George built "bookshelves" for my home in my family room and basement. After a few months, I realized that the shelving was not strong enough in my family room to hold books. I reached out to George and his response was "too many book" that response is unacceptable- I purchased a book shelf to hold books, that is the purpose. I needed to hire an actual shelving company to fix the work he had done. I spent 1700 dollars to add boards to fix the problem. I later realized that the basement shelves started to cave in as well. I didn't think that I should have to spend anymore than I already spent out of pocket. I reached out to George again to fix his "work" He gave me the runaround "I'll come see them Thursday" no show. I would then text again to follow up and again no show. He would give me a random date, no time and no show. Note- he never checked with me to see what time and day worked for ME, the customer!! I have two small children so not ideal and truly a nightmare to try to get this fixed. After 6 months of chasing him he sent a guy out to caulk the shelves! That's how he fixes things with caulk! By the way a waste of my time. I showed the man that came out the shelving and he agreed that the shelves were horribly built and didn't really know how to fix them. The material that George uses is Cheap and his prices are not. I paid more than 5k for basement shelves. They also look like he bought cheap second hand bathroom shelves, cut them up to fit in my basement. So underneath the shelving are sharp. I can not express enough how bad the quality and service damien and sons provide. I will now need to now figure out if the shelves need to be torn down completely and rebuilt. After a year of chasing George, I have given up allowing him the opportunity to recifty and make the situation right. I let George know that at this point , a credit would be the only solution. This would be used toward the work to fix the shelves with another company. That is the only FAIR solution. He did not agree, his response- "shelves were fine when I left".. I was so angry with him, "fine when he left"because there weren't books on them!!! It would be nice if he apologized once and took accountability for all of my wasted time and the horrible work. You can not expect an honest response and work from this company. No accountability at all!! I will also be reporting this company every which way possible! I don't think anyone else should have to waste their time, money and endure the stress that George has caused! Truly horrible, total SCAM!

They framed, and rebuilt with cedar beams/ railings and finished with a beautiful, durable composite wood flooring. The detail of the craftsmanship on the custom cedar railings and posts are amazing. Demo and rebuild were completed in the estimate that was given of 3 weeks. I showed John a picture of how I wanted it, and he and his team did the rest! Seamless from beginning to end. Bayer Builders dealt with all the permitting and inspections and helped me pick out materials (offering low- and high-end pricing). They consulted with me throughout the project, with very little effort on my part to get this massive project completed.
