Byron arrived at our house on Monday, 7/23 at 9 am and was done with his diagnosis by 9:30 and he said he would send his diagnosis to the warranty company when he got back to the office. The warranty company let us know that the full unit replacement had been ordered and was available for pick up Thursday, 8/2/18. Rich and Byron were at our home the very next day, Friday, 8/3 by 8 am to begin the AC replacement. Several hours later, everything was done. Before leaving, the owner said that if we had any questions, big or small, we could call them any time. We highly recommend ASAP Heating and Cooling because they were very prompt as well as professional. We would definitely use them again, if we needed any kind of heating or cooling services !

Poorly installed commercial HVAC unit caused extensive leaking and damage to my tenants…read moreestablishments. Van Drunen dispatched a representative to inspect the work, but he denied the existence of the problem. After trial and error, we were able to localize the leak to where the vent connects to the unit. I went on the roof and sealed it myself. Meanwhile, the unit ran out of freon just after the warranty expired and causing all my tenant's food to spoil. The service representative was almost tauntingly rude to me when explaining the issue. I contacted a semi-retired HVAC man from Lansing who advised that someone drilled a hole in the unit to leak the freon. Use this company at your own risk. There are so many much more dependable and professional companies in the NW Indiana/South Chicago area.

They came out promptly and were extremely nice, professional and honest. They fixed everything quickly for a very reasonable price. The first company we called tried to, I assume, take advantage of the hot temperatures and gave us an astronomically high quote (7x higher than Air Source 1), which we declined. I can't recommend Air Source 1 enough. We will certainly be using them for any and all HVAC needs in the future!
