They were able to get someone out on my schedule and they didn't overcharge like a lot of repair places do. The tech, Adam, was fantastic and I would have him come back and do repairs again anytime.     BEWARE when hiring this company. We called D1 to fix our refrigerator. Refrigerator and Ice Maker…read morewere not working. Freezer was fine. They sent a Tech out that had no clue what he was doing. After about an hour the owner shows up carrying a part. Not in a box but in his hand, not sure it was even a new part. He helped Tech put it in the refrigerator. After another 2 hours Tech tells us it should start cooling. Woke up next morning the power to the refrigerator was off. Refrigerator kept kicking the breaker off. Now we have no refrigerator, freezer or Icemaker. This was all on a Thursday. When I called Friday morning they said they could send someone on Tuesday. I told them we shouldnt have to wait they should send someone thay day they agreed they would. We sat and waited and late afternoon the owner calls and says tech got a flat and cant come. Now we are without a refrigerator. I ask the owner why he would send an inexperienced Tech to work on my refrigerator and he said that is how his techs learn. Really???? Decided to go on his website and check reviews (lesson learned should have done before we hired him) horrible reviews. I called and cancelled further service, Decided I did not want them back to try and fix issue. The owner did say he would come and try to fix it himself but we declined the offer even though we paid them $448.75. We called out another repair company who told us immediately that the wrong part was put in and the way it was hooked up was flipping the breaker. They ordered us the correct part and fixed our refrigerator. Needless to say we would not recommend D1 for future service.
