From the start I dealt with one the owner(s)Nick. He was honest, explained things to me in a way I could understand. He didn't try to oversell me or treat me like I didn't know anything and try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on this matter. We had a generator installed and an upgraded / increase service to our outbuildings and while these things were being done, we ran into an incidental issue with our panel. It had been overworked in its years so I believe we will be using them to do this replacement as well. They have kept me informed of when my project would be done, down to while they were working on , if I had questions the crew would make sure sure I had completely answered to my satisfaction. The crew foreman Brandon went over things with me again when the job was completed. Again made sure Ifelt comfortable with every aspect. The job site was cleaned up as well when done. The price was very competitive for the work that was done. I would highly recommend any type of electrical work to be done by them. I am usually a hard sell due to being burnt by some contractors, this however was not one of those cases. They were hired by Better Built Garages 26137 S Ridgeland Ave, Monee, IL 60449 to wire a building that Better Built built, to install the electric and destroyed my in ground irrigation system. I called Better Built and New Gen and talked to Nick from NewGen and they both blew me off. Beware!!! Where do you start, I had went to to Home Depot and purchased 3 fans for my brand new home and this company answered when I put in a request for a quote they called me the very next day and walked me through everything. I told them what I needed and I was surprised when they said they could do it that afternoon. Also the cost was extremely well priced and they made sure that they did an excellent job. Fast forward I was having problems with my washer called them for an emergency call they came out after working all day and troubled shoot it as well as installed my smart thermostat and they did not even want to charge me that in itself is crazy I could not let them leave without paying for their time. Again I had an issue with my washer and again they where going to come out to my home to troubleshoot it again found out that it was the brand new washer itself. This company is professional, helpful, and dependable these are just a couple of words to describe how well they treat their customers and clients. Very pleased with the recessed lights, hanging fixtures and dimmer switches installed. They are up to date and knowledgeable about LED lighting. They answered my questions and helped me choose what was best for my home. Nick and Athan were polite and pleasant to work with. I was comfortable having them in my home.
