But they outdid themselves on our most recent visit, where we were faced with windows 11 updates repeatedly corrupting and disabling our high-end desktop computer. Computer Solutions recommended and installed Zorin -- a Linux based alternative to Windows or Mac-OS. Zorin is absolutely far exceeding all our expectations. We are so thankful to Computer Solutions for recommending and installing it and saving our prized computer. I cannot believe that after over 30 years of "warfare" Microsoft has ceded the field to this excellent windows replacement.

    My wife and I took her refurbished computer, which we recently purchased, and she wanted to…read moretransfer the old photo from her old computer to the newer one. The so-called tech person worked on the job for several days and charged 135 dollars before the job was completed. During this process, he reinstalled, screwed up, and just about junked her computer, voiding the warranty as a result. He blamed it on the software, which he shouldn't have used in the first place, and then on the computer being too old. As a last result, we called the company we bought it from and FaceTimed the problem and fixed it ourselves the right way, now it works fine. The owner refunded 100 dollars and never took any responsibility for bad workmanship on the part of this employee; they failed miserably.
