Great service and very pleasant! At my office we use Vonage phones which requires network connection. Recently our phones were not functioning properly nor did we have a Wi-Fi connection. I contacted Vonage and Comcast for them to troubleshoot the problem for me. They were unable to assist me because on their end it shows that we had a strong network system and the phones were working properly after completing a diagnostics. I contacted Personal Touch Technology to get in touch with Ken Stone, whom we've used in the past. Ken was very polite over the phone and he was very patient as I explained to him the issue we were having. Although I am not as technical I was still able to describe the issue where Ken understood. He set an appointment with me and called the day before to confirm. He was very prompt and got right to work on the issue. It turned out there was a malfunctioning network cable plugged into the main modem . Ken explained everything he was doing...was very thorough in explaining how to prevent this from happening again. He even helped me clean the clutter from out of the closet where the modem was placed to avoid accidental disconnection. Excellent service! Saved me from having a breakdown. My best friend recorded my bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, and all things wedding related on her camcorder. However, when she took it off the camcorder and put it on DVD she messed it all up. The discs were unreadable in most machines, and in some machines you could hear, but you couldn't see anything. I thought all of our memories were lost forever. I took the discs to a camera mart and unfortunately there was nothing they could do. I Googled computer stores in the area and came across Personal Touch Technology. They were awesome! Ken answered the phone himself, (and during his son's little league game.) I had him install a program on both of my college daughters' computers that lets him remotely work on their laptops if a problem occurs. After my computer went out from a big storm we had in July I searched for a place for repair and I chose Personal Touch technology because of the great reviews. The owner Ken Stone did everything he can to help me. After performing many checks he determined it was the motherboard and wouldn't be worth repairing. I went out and purchased a new computer and took it to him where he took my old hard drive and installed it in the new computer along with the 1 terabyte drives that came with it. My desktop PC was breached. I contacted Ken, brought my computer to his home office and had it back, cleaned and functioning like new in two days. When I returned home and connected all components I found that the scanner function was not connecting to my wi-fi. I connected with Ken, remotely and he was able to setup an icon on my desktop from which I now connect to the scanner successfully.
