Their website is such a huge red flag. It looks like it hasn't been updated since 2005, and they use comic sans for everything. ITS A JOKE. Then I was told I would get a call back. 8 hours later I had to call back just to be told that they hadn't had time to look up my order number. Looking up an order number takes no more than 10 min. Update: The owner contacted me and responded with the information I needed within 24 hours of my final call. He also followed up with me to make sure the company the part came from followed through with their warranty.
