In that review the person mentioned his prices are reasonable and boy she was not lying. I brought one of my computers, a Dell laptop that had a completely shattered screen and the hard drive that was ready to die any second. It hadn't been used since late 2010 early 2011 and when I had taken it to Best Buy to be fixed they told me the estimate would be $800 for the screen to be fixed and another $300-$400 for the hard drive. Obviously I am better off buying a new one. Well I took it here to SRM and he not only fixed the laptop's screen and replaced the hard drive and put a better operating system on it, he did it for under $230. Update: The owner contacted me and responded with the information I needed within 24 hours of my final call. When I took my computer back, the guy tried to tell me that I must have dropped it/damaged it since it had been fixed and pointed to a place on my computer. I told him I did not doubt that my computer was damaged but the damage would have been there when it broke the first time and they should have fixed that, also, if that was why my screen broke. I left my computer with them to "see what they could do", but I could not get anyone to return my calls after that. When I went to the store to see what they were going to do, I was told that they could give me a 20% discount on replacing the screen again.
