Next he said they had to order parts and should be repaired within a couple of days. I called and left a message inquiring about our phone and never got a call back. I had to call them only to find out that they couldn't fix it and I had to go back and pick the bad phone up to send in for replacement. The same tech helped me both times. He was a bit arrogant and cocky. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION AGAIN due to his arrogance and lack of communication from the store letting me know the status of my repair. Few months after as I am replacing my wife's screen protector when the whole screen on the 14 ProMax comes off and I get two white lines across it when I try pushing it back in its place. I take it to CPR who gives me lip service about dropping the phone, blah, blah , blah. None of that happened. I just peeled the old screen protector off. I take it to another shop who look underneath the screen and discover a loose screw which was " probably never tightened up all the way" according to the tech and prevented the screen from settling in 100% , so when I pulled the screen protector off the screen came off with it. I then called CPR again with this new information and got more of the blah, blah, blah bs . Disappointed but I will replace the screen and life will go on but I cannot and will not give them any business again.
