Pocket fuzz had staged a full-scale invasion inside my charging port. These geniuses didn't just clean it out--they performed a delicate iPhone colonoscopy. In less than five minutes, my dead phone went from "flatline" to "back from the dead." Watching them pull out enough lint to stuff a Build-a-Bear was both horrifying and deeply satisfying. Honestly, I half expected them to hand me a tiny sweater knitted from pocket debris. Moral of the story: before you panic, let these folks work their magic. They saved me from buying a new phone, a new charger, or worse... facing life without Instagram. Highly recommend...fast, friendly, and they don't judge you for carrying around six years' worth of pocket dust like a lint dragon.

They get an A+ when it comes to the repair of my Dell laptop, inspiring 3580! It was having tons of software issues, as I recently purchased it from a local pawn shop. It would not properly install the latest version of windows, it kept stalling around 70-80% it waz running ultra slow, and sadly, ive become my father. (illiterate when it comes to technology, something i never thought would happen to me) Anyways, I struggled to find the right place to bring my laptop in, because when you know very little about computers, you have no idea if your being taken advantage of, or even told the correct information. So the reason they didnt get a 5 start review is because I felt like the man who did the work on my computer was very rude and wasnt explaining anything to me. I have no idea if I overpaid, but I do know that good service is more than just fixing the issue. I want good service all around, and I did not get that here.

After an unfortunate and not so graceful swan dive my iPhone 4s ended up with a shattered screen and after 2 weeks of searching for an affordable repair option I cam across iFix. I have been searching since the day of the incident and all of the shops I found were either in Chicago or the Western suburbs. I could have made an hour drive (if I am lucky and there is no traffic) to have my phone repaired but why take the business out of Indiana. After much souring I found iFix on yelp and best of all they are only about 10 miles from me . Like many people these days my cell phone is my personal phone, home phone and business phone so giving it up for the day is next to impossible. The guys at iFix worked with me to bring in the phone after my work day and fixing it while I waited even it if meant they worked after regular business hours. I am now the happy owner (once again) of a pristine iPhone 4s and I can once again read my emails without looking around the cracks in the shattered screen and I can play angry birds all I want without getting tiny cuts all over my fingers. GREAT JOB guys.... I will be recommending you to all of my friends! Thanks, Chris

The folks at CPR have done a lot of work for me over the years including recently replacing the…read morefront screen and battery on my wife's iPhone 14 ProMax. Few months after as I am replacing my wife's screen protector when the whole screen on the 14 ProMax comes off and I get two white lines across it when I try pushing it back in its place. I take it to CPR who gives me lip service about dropping the phone, blah, blah , blah. None of that happened. I just peeled the old screen protector off. I take it to another shop who look underneath the screen and discover a loose screw which was " probably never tightened up all the way" according to the tech and prevented the screen from settling in 100% , so when I pulled the screen protector off the screen came off with it. I then called CPR again with this new information and got more of the blah, blah, blah bs . Disappointed but I will replace the screen and life will go on but I cannot and will not give them any business again.
