But we were facing a variety of costly solutions. I remembered seeing Experimax and gave them a call just to see if they had any ideas. Ivan was so helpful and said they certainly could put in a new hard drive and the top line OS for the vintage of this iMac. I dropped it off at 3 pm and by 4:30, they called that it was ready to pick up. Just $150! We brought it home and set it up and it runs as good as new. We are long time Mac owners and have never had a problem like this that we couldn't solve on our own. and we knew a replacement of any type would be costly. We are so happy to have this company in Orland Park. Should be noted that we didn't need to recover anything on the computer. If we had, I expect it would have cost more.

I didn't think it would be the battery since my Mac was always charged and rarely used without the charger. Here I thought I had to purchase a brand new expensive MacBook. So I decided to bring my laptop to folks at UBREAKIFIX. Now days, hardware fixes are pricey and the Mac is not protected by AppleCare so I felt taking it to UBREAKIFIX was going to be the best option. The tech who handled my Mac was able to swap the battery which turned out to be the problem. The service is excellent and I would recommend anyone to give UBREAKIFIX a try when your computer decides to malfunction. Thank you! Rating 5 stars for sure!

I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.

On Friday I was on hold one hour and 16 minutes without ever speaking to a representative, although the recorded message said the hold time will be approximately 10 minutes. On Saturday I did speak to an agent John- was on the phone with him for 30 minutes- he could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor- he told me they were all busy but a supervisor would call me back. Four hours later I did get a call from Supervisor Vic. He told me to fill out a form online- which I couldn't access. Today- I walked into this store- a lovely salesperson named Wafa, listen to my problem- said sure I can help you and within 5 minutes she had solved my problem. She checked to make sure the issue was resolved on both my phone and on my computer. It was such a relief!- Thank you Wafa
