Verizon's replacement with their 3rd party insurance would've taken a day for delivery and cost $159.xx which wouldn't be a-ok if I lost the phone or if it was completely destroyed but, it wasn't. My wife told me about the little shop in the mall by GameStop, I decided that it was worth a look see. They charged $60 ($63.xx with tax) an told me to come back in an hour. Either came back a little less than an hour later and the service guy was just putting on a screen protector an snapping my case back on. The screen also comes with a 1 (maybe 2) year warranty (free replacement) for dead pixels etc. I couldn't be happier with the service and attitude of the guy working there, price was excellent compared to Verizon's charge. I've already recommended the place to several friends and decided to make it Yelp official.

They get an A+ when it comes to the repair of my Dell laptop, inspiring 3580! It was having tons of software issues, as I recently purchased it from a local pawn shop. It would not properly install the latest version of windows, it kept stalling around 70-80% it waz running ultra slow, and sadly, ive become my father. (illiterate when it comes to technology, something i never thought would happen to me) Anyways, I struggled to find the right place to bring my laptop in, because when you know very little about computers, you have no idea if your being taken advantage of, or even told the correct information. So the reason they didnt get a 5 start review is because I felt like the man who did the work on my computer was very rude and wasnt explaining anything to me. I have no idea if I overpaid, but I do know that good service is more than just fixing the issue. I want good service all around, and I did not get that here.

Computer Solutions recommended and installed Zorin -- a Linux based alternative to Windows or Mac-OS. Zorin is absolutely far exceeding all our expectations. We are so thankful to Computer Solutions for recommending and installing it and saving our prized computer. I cannot believe that after over 30 years of "warfare" Microsoft has ceded the field to this excellent windows replacement.

During this process, he reinstalled, screwed up, and just about junked her computer, voiding the warranty as a result. He blamed it on the software, which he shouldn't have used in the first place, and then on the computer being too old. As a last result, we called the company we bought it from and FaceTimed the problem and fixed it ourselves the right way, now it works fine. The owner refunded 100 dollars and never took any responsibility for bad workmanship on the part of this employee; they failed miserably.

When it became apparent to me that the long term odds for the laptop were not good, I made several trips back to the shop for advice on a replacement and, when I bought the new laptop I turned that over to Nathaniel to transfer all of the data, apps, software, photos, etc. from the dying machine to the new one. The charges for all of this were very reasonable, especially in view of the amount of labor involved, and he returned and gave me credit for the parts he had ordered in his first efforts. I've been using this replacement laptop for a month or more now, and have yet to find that Nathaniel missed anything in transferring the data, etc. They are under new ownership in the last couple years and, although I'd had a very disappointing experience there several years ago, I'm very pleased that I've given Nathaniel and the new owners a chance!
