Jesus took great care of me. I messaged him on Yelp after an unsuccessful appointment at the Google…read moreStore for my Pixel 6a. I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.

I came in (2nd time, first time was several years ago) to have my phone battery changed. The new…read morephones are made where removing the back requires tools, not just fingernails. They can be hard to get ahold of by phone, and after unsuccessfully trying to go to a shop in the neighborhood, I headed here. I wish I could answer 'meh' to the value question. $79 to replace a battery? And I bought MY OWN BATTERY no less! I know it's a tricky procedure, and could incur more damage but still.. The guy told me it would take 45 or so min, and with it being small shop/pandemic times, I left to window shop down the street. That is one advantage to them being downtown, there is more to do while you wait. I left and came back, and it was done. He printed me out a receipt when the text receipt didn't work. I'd recommend if you have some extra cash, time to kill, and want to invest in your technology (when you add up what you spend to how long you keep the phone/device per month or year, its only a few bucks.)

4 years ago I took my phone here to get repaired, it was broken worse when it was returned. The…read morewarranty that was included with the work was used. The problem got even worse after that and he then told me that he would not be attempting anymore repairs or paying for the damages. Fast forward 4 years to today, I bring a tablet by because I had no other option as I was visiting my mother in the area and needed it for work. I took another chance, and this is how it worked out: I have to purchase a new iPad out of pocket and the same guy from before told me that he is not responsible for repairs failing once the device leaves the store. You may be able to find a cheap deal or two here but I would stay far away from the repair counter if I were you. Twice this has happened to me alone. Don't believe the good reviews, they are not genuine and I have the transaction history to prove it. Beware.
