They offered me a time that worked for MY schedule (within their working hours) and quoted $100 less than Apple. In addition, they offer pickup and drop-off! But the work that Juan did was amazing and fast, and the price was just right. I am going to take in my HP for a rehaul, just haven't had the time to do so yet. I went home, and came back about one hour later, and my phone was powered on, and I started receiving notifications on my Apple Watch as soon as I walked through the door. I had to wait for a bit because they were taking care of other customers. I gave the guy my invoice, and he brought out my cell phone. It looked brand new and shiny. He instructed me to try out my phone before leaving the store. The cracked screen was fixed, and my speaker was fixed. I purchased a screen protector, and I was out the door to enjoy my newly refurbished iPhone XR. It was a gift from a friend, but it came with a cracked screen.
