I called first and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Ali and I told him the issue I was having with my phone. Basically my Samsung S8+ battery had expanded and was pushing apart the phone. He was familiar with the issue and said he could fix it. I asked him how long will it take, how much will it be and can you do it today. Ali said bring it in today it will take approximately 30 minutes and will cost $$$$ this much. I was at his store by 1:00 PM asked for Ali and showed him my phone and he remembered me calling about 2 hours earlier. Ali opened the phone at the counter so I could watch what he was doing pulled out the old battery and put in an OEM battery. I was happy to see he was using OEM parts. He finished putting my phone back together and charged me what he quoted over the phone. I have a Samsung S7 that did the same thing and I plan on bringing it to him to have it repaired as well. I left his shop by 1:30 PM and was as happy as can be. I recommend you call prior should you be in a hurry to have your phone repaired just to make sure he can accommodate your needs. read more

I found an ad from them on craigslist, I bought a laptop from them and had some issues with it. They helped me every time I had a problem. Eventually i decided to request them to exchange the laptop for a different one I liked. They did it which I didn't expect. I don't usually believe in repairing phones but if I ever decide to repair one I would love to use their services. read more

I was having the worst time with my laptop, it kept freezing on me, and finally all it would show was a black screen even after multiple attempts at rebooting it. I found these guys through a Craigslist Ad, and although I am sometimes wary of finding stuff on CL, Cell Tech turned out to be an absolute lifesaver! Yogi, the service staff was extremely helpful and courteous, answering all my questions, and delivering exceptional service! I was delighted with the price as well. I walked over to other shops in the area, and they quoted me $80-$90 just for getting rid of the laptop virus and installing an antivirus. Mizra is the man! Cheapest price quote for screen and battery port replacement out of the 10+ other shops I called in the area. They also had the parts in stock, unlike half of others I called. Same day service, and the owner agreed to start on my phone repair knowing it would cause him to stay an hour past close. DO NOT GO HERE!! They do not even deserve one star. They are a scam. They take your original phone parts and replace them with generic crap. I went in to have my screen changed and ended up with a phone that did not work at all. I went back multiple times, and never got any answers. They are liars and will try and act like you broke your own phone. After demanding my money back I went to another shop and they told me they changed out my battery and speaker/camera cords. Both did not need to be replaced, they just wanted to keep the parts for themselves. Now the cost of fixing my phone has doubled. Do not give your money to these thieves!! It's funny how different the reviews can be for the same business. I was on my way home from the worst experience I've ever had from iFix, stopped to see these guys and they saved the day, pleasantly, intelligently, and fairly reasonably. I don't know how much of the final cost to repair had to do with my daughter's attempts and possible sabotage by iFix so it might not be fair, but the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was price. read more

I brought my iPhone 5 in for repair. My phone was repaired improperly and apple battery was removed. The store owner was rude, and argumentative over the issue. I don't recommend dealing with this store at all. In the end my phone is still not repaired properly. The store owner wrote me a check to refund my repair fee and then issued a stop payment on the check. He is not to be trusted. If you want your phone in worse condition than when you came in then bring it here! read more

Replaced glass on Samsung Note II: - Great Price ($40 cheaper than other shops) - Fast Service (15 min total) Cant really ask for much more than that. I hope I don't have to see them again.... but if I do crack the glass again.... I know exactly where to go! UPDATE..... 3-4 weeks later - screen developed an air bubble under the screen.... Took phone back in.... didn't have my receipt... Fix in 10 min - free of charge... End of the day - it would have been my fault if I had to pay for this repair - Thankfully these guys know how to serve there customers! I will be back for any/all future repairs I need. read more

I cracked my LG G3 touch screen and Mizra (the owner of Cell Tech) had it fixed within the hour. Not only that but my local repair shop wanted more than the cost of the entire phone and Cell Tech gave me a very reasonable price which made it worthwhile rather than replacing the entire phone. I highly recommend this store for the quality service they provided at a very affordable price. Oh, I found them on Craigslist too and was very skeptical but pleasantly surprised. I'll add that I think it was a good job but definitely not original factory quality. I don't expect miracles. read more

HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. Their screens that they use to replace phones are cheap generic ones found on ebay instead of the authentic item. I went there about 4 months ago with my boyfriend and got it fixed and now my screen is completely messed up. We literally paid $100 NOT INCLUDING TIP to get my phone screen fixed and the screen is completely garbage. When my boyfriend first saw the phone screen repair and compared it to his original iphone screen, he realized that it wasn't the same quality. The screen they used to fix my phone looked noticeably different. I didn't think it would affect the phone in the long run so I told him it was fine. FOUR MONTHS LATER and my phone is over here having seizures. Calling multiple people on its own, randomly hitting buttons, scrolling up and down by itself and all other types of horrible things you can imagine and literally stops you from texting anybody. If I knew what type of cheap ass screen they were using, I would've taken my business elsewhere. No wonder there's another review calling them scammers. Do not ever go here unless you want to pay money for something that's going to be messed up in the future. read more

I came across an ad on Craigslist and decided to give them a try. I honestly regretted it, I dropped my s5 off to fix a screen after two hours i return to pick it up. I was very disappointed to see how the screen looked . Also the the frame of the phone was scratched up. The man working in the store says if you want me to take the screen off this is what happens. used cheap plastic case, and stuck it on with adhesive, terrible quality and when I got my phone back it was noticibaly slower.
