My Samsung watch had locked me out and my carrier who had sold me the phone told me to go to the Geek Squad -- who said they don't do Samsung. I rarely give 1 star reviews (check out my page if you need to verify) unless I've experienced extremely poor service or things have gone awry multiple times. Either way - make of it what you will. Here is my experience: I dropped by Google Pixel 3a in the water (eek!) and needed to replace the screen. Originally, they charged $150 to repair the screen. It took about a week for the "screen" to come in and for them to install it. A week later, the "screen" they replaced, started getting splotches like it wasn't attached properly and then the screen whited out. It looked like they had stuck on a temporary screen for the fix. We returned the phone and they offered to send the screen back to where they bought it and get a new one. We confirmed they would not be charging us, especially after the screen had only worked for one week. However, after about two weeks of having my phone, they told me that they had to pay $20 in shipping for the screen (the screen is NOT a heavy item and this was definitely not expedited) and that they would need to charge me another $50 to get my phone back. At this point, my mistake, I should have just bought another phone. All in all - this has been a nightmare experience, I have been without my phone for a month and for what seemed like a simple fix, has turned into a costly project. I would say do your research and find another place as there are a ton of other cell phone places around. read more

I took my iphone to replace the screen after I took it from them I have noticed my finger print sensor does not work . I came back exactly after 5 minutes and they said its not there problem . I think they broke my touch finger or replace it with after market. read more

Very nice service I got from CELLPHONE WORLD!!!! Feeling Happy . My iPhone 6 is my life which I dropped on the ground and broke the digitizer. I thought I would never get my phone turned on any more. It was crashed very badly. The screen on my iPhone 6s+ shattered after dropping it while walking my dog. An hour and several phone-call estimates later, I went to Cellphone World after they quoted me $69 to replace my shattered screen. I left to take care of an obligation for 30 min. When I came back, my phone was ready and I also paid $10 for a new tempered glass for my screen. Hands down, this was worth EVERY penny and more. I had water damage to my port and I originally took my phone to Doctor Cell World but they were not able to fix the phone in time for me because I needed it as soon as possible. So they ended up sending it to Cell Phone World. Abdul was able to give me a loaner phone since there was something else wrong with my phone and I was able to get it within the next day. Do NOT get your cellphone repaired from here, unless you want your privacy invaded. I went in to get my iPhone repaired at Cellphone World, as the ringer was no longer working. The prices appeared reasonable. The tech insisted I unlock my phone, claiming he needed it unlocked in order to work on it. I came back to retrieve my phone, and saw that it was open to a messaging app which was not open when I handed it to the worker. Not only that, it was opened to an old messaging thread (ie it was opened purposefully, as this thread was towards the bottom of the message threads). These people do not feel that respecting one's privacy is a necessity. Do NOT do business with this place. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE TO THIS DUMP!!!! I brought in my IPhone 4 for the screen to be replaced. It took 1 hour and he did it behind a curtain. My phone would not turn on unless I plug it in to a charger. It then took 2 days for my phone to charge and the volume buttons no longer worked. I brought my phone back and the idiots there basically laughed and said it was my fault. I reported Cell World to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully I will get my money back for them totally destroying my phone. read more

Realized that since I brought my phone in to fix my broken screen, the vibration does not work anymore! What a shame because I thought they had fixed one huge problem but I ended up leaving the store with another problem unknowingly. Not to mention that it was kind of pricey, 80$ not including tax. They said they could replace the broken screen for my Moto X Pure. Took them over a week, and several days later then promised. The screen worked when I got my phone back, but they could not get the back on right and a little piece on the front over the speaker. I had a case for the phone that hid the broken back, so I did not mind that. they also glued on the speaker piece and it looks fine, but it is loose. However, the biggest issue is that about 45 days after the repair the screen began to act funny and then parts of it stopped working. They only guarantee their work for 30 days, so I am stuck with a broken phone. I wish I had just gone with someone else or gotten a new phone rather than spend $150 for a phone to work for six weeks. This place was recommended by a friend after the LCD in my Nexus 5 cracked, I talked to Ilyas on the phone, after they quoted me a reasonable price I made the long drive from the suburbs to Devon, he took the phone and told me it would be ready in an hour, they called me before an hour was over and said it was ready. Not only did they fix the screen so that it looks like new, he replaced the frame free of charge! There was a slight problem, the microphone wasn't working when they returned it to me, I brought this to their attention and Ilyas took it to the back and fixed and returned it within 5 minutes, now it looks and works as if it's brand new, overall very happy and satisfied with their service! read more

The worst place ever ! Don't go to this place . I left my phone for unlock , they told me it will take 2 day , then 1 more week and it took me 3 week . They didn't unlocked it , instead they change my buttery , and really don't know what else . End they end they call me just pick up my phone . WORST PlACE EVER .
