Do not get your phone repaired here! I had a cracked iPhone 16 repaired along with my friends iPhone 16 pro. BOTH screens cracked within 3 days of repair from normal use. The screens they put on both of them were very thick and didn't look right. They said they have a 30 day warranty but when I brought them back they said I dropped it and wouldn't cover it. I know for a fact I did not drop mine, my friend said she didn't either. My iPhone screen also had the color LCD stripe down the middle and stopped working completely. Incompetent staff. I tried to switch my number from Verizon to Page Plus (This store is an authorized dealer). They told me it would be done within a few hours. Three days later, I call Verizon to check on the status and they have no record of the port request. When I called Jalisco, they told me to come back to the store to get a refund.
