I ended up waiting and coming back multiple times, and the business did not open until after 2 PM. This made it very difficult to get timely help. When I finally spoke with the technician, he examined the phone and told me that there had been a short circuit. However, he did not take responsibility for the issue and instead tried to explain it in a way that suggested it wasn't related to the repair. I requested a refund for the battery replacement service since the phone was no longer working after the visit. Initially, there was resistance, but I was eventually refunded $66. Overall, the experience involved poor communication, long delays in opening hours, and a repair that resulted in my phone no longer functioning. I ultimately had to replace my phone. Not sure what happened during that fall, but the phone would not stay connected to network, even though my second phone as well as The Doctor/Queen's were fine. I went home, and came back about one hour later, and my phone was powered on, and I started receiving notifications on my Apple Watch as soon as I walked through the door. I had to wait for a bit because they were taking care of other customers. I gave the guy my invoice, and he brought out my cell phone. It looked brand new and shiny. He instructed me to try out my phone before leaving the store. The cracked screen was fixed, and my speaker was fixed. I purchased a screen protector, and I was out the door to enjoy my newly refurbished iPhone XR. It was a gift from a friend, but it came with a cracked screen.
