The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Within 30 minutes(probably less) Calvin called and asked questions and his demeanor was calm and reassuring. The Chicago Can't Do is not in the vocabulary with Calvin. He came in and hooked up my speakers and 2 subwoofers and calibrated them. He knows what he's doing. He had to go to Walmart and get a wire for one of the amps. He did so with no complaints. Then we tested the speakers. The sound quality was amazing. Of course watching movies was the main purpose for the new receiver and speakers. I had to try out music. I cued up Love to Love You by Donna Summers. Calvin tweeked my receiver to play stereo when playing music. This was like being in a club with a great sound system. The sound quality was absolutely amazing for an Apple Music song. The price was reasonable. And the service excellent. Calvin recommended getting a 2 channel amp to maximize my systems capabilities. This saved me 1500 dollars because he was praising the virtues of Marantz receivers and I was ready to buy in my next pay check. Then he thought about it and recommended the 2 channel amp even though I had been willing to buy the expensive receiver. This shows that Calvin and his company are trustworthy.

I am giving him 5 stars because he came and mounted my TV Tuesday morning, but upon leaving, I realized it was crooked. I texted him, and he was back on Wednesday morning to fix it. I want to be clear though that he didn't mount the TV crooked. The wall he mounted it on had a slope, so for the TV to appear straight, he had to put some screws in it to give it some slant. This was against his wishes (they were mine) because the level indicated that the TV was straight already, which it was. It was the perspective of it against the crooked wall that made it intolerable for me. He fixed it with some discussion and a smile and I am happy with the finished project. He was polite, professional and competent. Things are as good as it gets, but the was late by about 30 minutes on each day. However, he picked up my phone call on Tuesday when I inquired about his whereabouts, and on Wednesday called me to say he was running behind. He was apologetic for being late and expressed his wishes that he was not making me late for anything else.
