I scheduled a service appointment for my washing machine for 2 pm to 4 pm this afternoon (May 25). I was getting text messages they would be here soon. At about 2 pm, I got an e-mail saying they could not reach me, and that I needed to call them. I have been home the entire time, and no one rang the doorbell. When I called, I was connected to a robot, not a person, who could not find my appointment. Every time I asked a question, the robot would repeat itself and then answer the question. Horrible. Just horrible. Came out first time and didn't fix it. Charged me $200+ for a "service call". Second time, came out and said it needed a new board that would be $200 and they wouldn't charge me install or anything above the part. Wrong, charged me almost $600 for parts and labor and didn't even fix it! They refuse to answer the phone (call center only) and won't come out to fix it. They didn't even install the dishwasher back under the counter! Left the job undone and sitting out from the counter not installed. Horrible. Just horrible. read more

Although there are good reviews of specific technicians be aware that I have had a very poor experience with this company. They have delayed me for three days asking if I want to reschedule for the next day, and the only answer that I get is that they are experiencing high demand in my area and they are trying to locate a technician. They do keep offering me a $10 discount each time, but I cannot wait indefinitely for a repair. You are better off taking it to a physical store or spending a premium to have the manufacturer fix the phone. read more

I cracked the screen on my iPhone and of course didn't know what to do. It was still useable just a million cracks. My niece recommended Puls due to the fact I really couldn't take it anywhere due to my boyfriends illness. I set up the appointment for that day and they were here on the predicted time. I am really aggrivated that I have to give these worthless people a one star. They are the worst business I've dealt with in decades. I made an appointment online on Saturday to have my TV installed on Sunday morning at 10am (one of their available choices.) They never contacted me. I called them Sunday morning to confirm someone was coming, they confirmed that the appointment was between 10 and 11. At 11:30 we hadn't heard a word. I called back. A rep told me the tech was "very ill" and could I reschedule for 2pm. I agreed. At 2:30 we still hadn't heard from them. I called. They didn't have a tech available. They never reached out to let me know no one would be coming. Our Sunday is pretty well shot waiting around for no one to show. It's now 5:00pm, they just called. Wanted me to know they hadn't had a tech available and when would I like to reschedule? Guess what, I don't. Two times I had a confirmed appointment with puls and they did not show. On a $238 charge to install a 70" tv they offered a $30 discount to delay me again. Asked to speak to a supervisor and they wouldn't. So obviously do not know if their service is good or not--i never received it. Out of state agent was nice on phone when she gave me the bad news. read more

I requested an appointment from 3-4 PM to which they never showed up, or texted/called to let me know why. At about 3:20 I called their customer service number and was told that my appointment was moved to 6-7 PM as there was not an available technician in my area. I was never texted or emailed this information that they changed on their end without verifying first. Had to cancel appointment. read more

STAY AWAY Horrendous product. Good idea but they use terrible screens. I have owned my Iphone 6 for 2 years and dropped it 25+ times with out a broken screen and finally running into a car door while it was in my pocket did me in. I used the service and loved it at first but then 4 days later it started glitching up. Then I pressed the 9 button harder than usual and it started cracking. They came out and wouldn't fix it for free.... I was in a crunch and had to get it fixed because I was leaving for a business trip and paid for it. 6 days later the bottom 1/2 of my phone wouldn't work, I have 5 calls into them to get it fixed and they are ignoring me..... 3 days now with out a phone where only the top of the phone is function able. My husband dropped his (uncased) iPhone on concrete, shattered the screen, and dented the corner. It was unusable and, since it's his business phone, he had to have an immediate repair. Justin form Cellsavers came out to our home within 90 minutes, replaced the front glass screen at a great price and warned us that the dented corner would cause the screen to toggle slightly, but putting it into a case might fix that issue.
