Winter Freeze 2021, Day 1 and.. my pool pump burned up. In the Spring I had a backflow stop installed and did not know how to winterize. Recalled seeing a Prime pool service truck and googled the Co. These guys had a truck out that afternoon! They winterized the pool and gathered info necessary to replace the pump, which they completed the very next day! I cannot say enough to thank them for their honesty, quality and timeliness. read more

We've been using Prime Pool Service for almost 2 years now and they are awesome. They've never missed an appointment, and our pool is always clean and ready for use. I'm also a big fan of paying the same amount each month instead of getting hit with bigger costs over the summer. Signing up with Prime was easily the best decision we've made when it comes to our pool. read more

we have had Prime Pool Service for quite some time. We had many unreliable pool service companies when we finally hired Prime pool. They always show up when they are to be here, they do a great job, they are reliable and honest. Matt is our "pool guy", and does a great job, he has a lot of attention to detail and takes good care of us. Our dog loves him too. we have an older pool and it is at the point where things are starting to wear out and break, Matt always lets us know as well as management and we get a quote on the cost to repair. Rain or shine, they are here. We are thankful for having a company that we can rely on. thanks Matt! read more

They take the time to discuss any issues at hand and walk us through their process; so, we know why they are doing any maintenance and/or repairs needed to ensure we have the best service. A special thanks to Shane, who does an excellent job of cleaning and servicing our pool and spa. We highly recommend Prime Pool Service! read more

We've had a pool for 12 years and been through several pool service companies. Prime has been the most reliable, honest, customer focused group we've been able to find. Jonathan is great at communicating with us to make sure we understand any time we need a fix to the system. The cleaning crew has always made sure the pool looks it's best. Great company if you're in need of a pool service. read more

Just started with this company, but first impressions matter. Met Evan as he was dispensing the liquid chlorine, had a great conversation with him. Friendly, outgoing, professional. Highly recommend! read more

I just had the most wonderful experience with Prime Pool Services coming in and giving me a second opinion on my pool equipment. It is my first time owning a pool and some professionals from Leslie's had come by and done a crash course with us about our pool. During that time they had indicated that there were some huge problems that they couldn't fix, but told us we needed to call someone to get them fixed. I called Prime (based on recommendations from my neighbors) and they came to do a second eval of my pool. The gentleman who came by was knowledgeable, professional and taught me so much. He knew what he was doing SO WELL that he realized that most of the things that the Leslie's pool supply people told me were wrong. He did a thorough inspection of the filter and found that screws just weren't tight enough and that fixed some perceived leaks that the Leslie's people had indicated - He then confirmed the fact that there was not really a leak by doing a pressure test and showing me how much pressure there was between the skimmer and the pump. Furthermore, he took the time to educate me about each and every component of the filtration system. Thanks to him, we saved ourselves from ripping apart and fixing piping, detecting and repairing a leak in our pool's skimmer AND from doing a full replacement of our filter. We were expecting to have thousands of dollars of repairs and thanks to his diligent assessment, he fixed everything he could just by knowing the system and looking into things a little better than Leslie's did. We will eventually need a bigger filter for our pool (the one thing that Leslie's was right about) but thanks to Prime Pools, a number of our other "issues" were resolved. I would absolutely use them for my pool equipment needs. read more

I have been a Prime Pool customer since we purchased our home over 2 years ago. Initially, I went to a local pool store chain excited that I may be able to do this myself only to be given the sarcastic response "I'm sorry" when I said I was a new pool owner. I have not returned. Rather, I conducted a lengthy search for a quality and affordable pool service, which I have found in Prime Pools. They have great customer service, and are nice to me. They also helped us replace our heater and they give me on the spot advice if I need it which makes me feel valued. The pool always looks nice and is ready to be used at any time without anything pesky - like work! Thank you Prime Pools. :-) read more

Prime Pool Service is 1st Class! I have been with them nearly a year now and i can truly say i do not know how i would have coped with being a newbie with a pool without them!. The service is outstanding & i recommend them hands down Jonathon, Greg & Josh - thank you for looking after your customers ( especially me ) ! read more

Not at all very customer oriented I Called for service was told I would get a call back two days latter no call so I called again they said they don't make appointments they just show up they will not accommodate if the customer wants to be there to ensure everything is being done correctly. If the customer is there fine if not they proceed charging $90 for 30min of labor (Hourly rate of $180) which has to be prepaid through credit card. When I ask ok you don't know the time what If I am the first visit and we can pick any day in the future. They said no go because schedules are set up by geographic area. which is BS because you can have a starting point fixed and plan all other visits based on the first service call. They explained to me that this is how their business works and that is why they are less expensive. They said other companies would charge double for appointments. Which is completely false. Their HOURLY RATE OF $180 is not cheap . They are wrong my next two phone calls to other service companies which offered appoint on was $75 service call applied to repair the other was $90. Go else where find a business that treat customers as customers I question the validity of past reviews every single one of them rated with 5 stars. Give me a break. Are these really customers or actually ghost written reviews to give a false impression of what this company is all about also be careful about writing bad reviews within 5min of it be posted I got a harassing phone call from Michael Indicating I called him a liar. I gave a factual representation.. It also calls into question how they actively monitor these reviews it would surprise me they quickly get this review removed and maybe that explains why there are only 5 star reviews. read more

Canceled service yesterday. Chemicals were always way high, skimmer was always left dirty, spa never looked like they cleaned it. They said they were going to send someone out to re-clean once and send a picture of it cleaner, never happened. For the cost and service, cannot recommend. When emailing to cancel, they didn't even offer to have someone address the issue and just said they were cancelling as I requested. read more

Prime Pool Service was a pleasant surprise when our pool builder contracted them to do our "new owner pool briefing". Not only are they highly knowledgable about pools, they are extremely service oriented, take ownership of problems with our pool (even when they aren't theirs!) and act as an advocate for us with our pool builder. Highly recommended to do service for new pool owners. read more

I was in the midst of a finding-good-pool-person crisis, when I happened to stumble on Donny with Prime Pool service, parked down the street from my house after servicing a neighbor's pool. I chatted with him about my issues and he was glad to offer his best guesses on the spot for free. Since then, I have had him come out to fix moderate things twice (replace backflow valve first time, then fix leaky valve and clean out clogged pump impeller second time). Both times, I have found the service to exceed my expectations. For instance, he took a photo of the pool plumbing near the pump and emailed it to me after adding in an arrow pointing to the exact valve he fixed, just to verify he followed my instructions correctly. That kind of thing is above and beyond what I would expect, yet the prices seem quite fair. read more

I found Prime Pool Service by phoning around as I was in a pinch. It was the peak of summer last year and my main pool pump had died. We all know what that means. I called my 'regular' pool guys were all unavailable for a couple weeks. Prime Pool Service understood the urgency and had it replaced within a day or two. I couldn't have been more relieved and thankful. Now, Prime Pool Service has answered the call again and fixed me up immediately. My booster pump died and it was barely 2 years old. They were able to fix it the next day. Needless to say Prime Pool Service are now my 'regular' guys. Thanks for excellent work and excellent customer service. read more

We have been a customer with Prime for the last couple of years, and they have been amazing to work with. Punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable. The entire team is very professional, and we know that when they say they are going to do something it will be done in a timely manner and correct the first time. We have had our pool for over 10 years and it has never been in better shape. Be sure to give Prime a chance to impress you too! read more

We used Prime Pool service for one year. The owner, Mike, works hard in making his customers happy. Unfortunately his employees/ contractors do not. One the period of one year we had about 6 different technicians. Two of them were very good, the rest were very bad. In several occasions we noticed that the tech would sit in his car for over 30 minutes playing with his phone and spend not more than 5 minutes cleaning the pool. Some other times they would forget to do simple tasks like cleaning the waste buckets or adding chlorine tablets to the chlorinator. It was very annoying to have "police" their pool technicians. in one occasion we literally timed the technician and he spent 3.5 minutes where the pool equipment is located and then 28 minutes sitting in his car. Or sometimes we would go to use the pool just to find the Polaris full of debris and the pool buckets full of debris. Mike always tried to help us but it seems he has a hard time finding responsible workers. And the couple of techs that were GREAT unfortunately were moved to different routes. I guess we must be in a training area or something. I would not recommend this company unless you do not mind paying $200 a month for a pool guy that might or might not clean your pool. read more

After using 3 other pool companies, I found Prime Pool Service and have had excellent service. Mike evaluated my pool and set up a pool schedule service and explained the pool chemistry problems I was experiencing in depth. After starting service, I have had incredible service from Scott, Jonathan, and Michael. They have responded immediately when I recently had some emergency situations with my pump. My pool has never looked so good since they took over. Would recommend them to anyone! Janice P. read more

The team members at Prime Poll Service have consistently gone above and beyond in their effort to keep our pool clean and sparkling week in and week out. Our pool makes up approximately two thirds of our very spacious backyard. It is surrounded by numerous live oak trees, which drop their leaves in mass every spring. To say that cleaning this pool is a task is an understatement. Their administrative staff is always pleasant and anxious to make certain that the job is done well by their technicians. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of a fine pool service. read more

Prime pool = Pool Ninjas! Cody Pools built a pool for us over 2 years ago. We were very pleased with what they did. Project was seamless. AND, we've been likewise very pleased with the pool service team we hired from Prime Pool Service. Prime has maintained our pool/spa from day 1. We have complete confidence in their service and high-touch responsiveness. More important than routine service, they are responsive to troubleshooting and bringing issues to our attention with a plan for addressing them. I have been using Prime Pool Service for about 6 months. While there have been a couple of issues with the pool during that time, that is common for our pool and Mike has been very good about working with us to resolve those issues. The company is very responsive, has come after hours and multiple times a week when necessary, and has really taken the time to get to know our pool's special needs. The prices are reasonable and they do not use more chemicals than necessary. I also like that they have automatic billing, a useful website where you can see all your visit and treatment information, and communicate via email. read more
