Randy and his team have been with us every step of the way making sure the process was seamless, the programming was up to date, following up with us making sure our needs were met and we were pleased with the outcome. If I have a question, he and his team answer it promptly. When choosing a company to build and maintain your pool or just service it, I would pick this company hands. THen after we signed, he nickel and dimed us to death and only now I can see why.He was very chinzy on giving any warranty or guarantee on the work and materials. But he was always super prompt to pick up the scheduled payments... He touted all his vast experience in resurfacing pools but finally admitted ours was only the third one he had done-DISHONEST. Unfortunately, he was recommended by someone we found out was not reliable. Their pool has had numerous issues as well. And we later found plaster in the main jets-obstructing the flow and one of the spa jets never worked properly. So one year after the initial work, we had cracks and a few places the plaster had come off completely.He asked if we had dropped anything heavy in there-like a bowling ball??!! How absurd when everything floats! When we called him, he said we hadnt been taking care of the pool. We have had it 20 years and the initial plaster was only then needing to be replaced-same maintenance all those years. We had a few other experts look at it and said no way it should be failing after only a year. Turns out they did not put the proper "under" layer down that stabilizes the plaster so it won't crack. Cheap skate!! So Alan finally agreed to "patch" the holes. Luckily he sent out Emmanuel who said patching would look hideous and so he would replace the whole pool. He did a beautiful job. But since it happened in the summer with our exhorbitant water rates, we had to pay $700 to fill it. What a huge mistake hiring him-wasted so much time and money.It was a terrible ordeal-STAY AWAY!!

After the interviews and chose Pool Renovations by Alan based on his knowledge and experience but mostly because he was extremely honest. He was clear on when he would be able to start the job, what products he recommends based on his years of experience and his knowledge of the new products used for longevity. We are extremely happy with his work. Alan and his crew were respectful of our property and made sure not to disrupt our neighbors and leave any debris from the removal of the old surface and tile. His crew worked extremely hard, and I could tell that they had a lot of experience also. We also had work done on our pool pump and heater and his repair specialists Tony and Sharon took care of that and we are now ready for our next pool party. His pricing was right on point with the other companies I interviewed, and his timeline was faster than the others that said it would be months before they could complete the job. They were on time and reasonably priced on both occaisions. Their ability to find leaks, diagnose the problems, and fix the same is beyond reaproach. I highly reccomend America Leak Detection!

We trusted Smith and he breached our trust, took our money and walked off the job. We're not alone. He did the same thing to one of my neighbors and amid a wave of burgeoning negative reviews, Smith took down his Facebook page so prospective customers could not learn the experiences of his past customers. This guy had the audacity to ask me for a $10,000 advance. Everything is subbed out and their is no supervision or quality control from Westview. You will only see them when they want a check. This guy does damage to reputable small business people.
