Contacted them to have repairs done and pool maintenance. When they showed up they said they didn't have what they needed because it was a different problem than what was on the order and would have to come back but would send out a new quote. They were here long enough to take a picture. Never received a call or another quote but charged me around $200. I have been trying to reach them but I am having no luck. read more

This is not the pool service to use if you want quality!! I will do a thorough review of their service (including employees, customer service, timeliness/flexibility, pool care, price). Just as a heads up, I skim and brush the pool and empty the skimmer baskets daily (except on service day). I only have service to ensure the bottom is vacuumed weekly and keep the chemicals perfect and learn from the service to ensure I do my part as an owner. Employees: Gil & Justin is a very nice people and friendly to work with. They unfortunately are the only pro when dealing with the employees. They have different technicians come out each week (never know who is coming by). This doesn't allow for them to know your pool or equipment to ensure things are going well. They make mistakes and push it back on the homeowner. Customer Service: This is another area where they are lacking! I'll provided specific examples: 1. They don't communicate if your service gets bumped or moved to the next until after the fact. 2. I had the sand in the filter replaced and explained to them that a part needed fixed in the sand filter so might as well do both at the same time and they sent out Gil to do the sand and didn't let him know the part needed replaced until he showed up and I told him. They had to then order the part (took days) to have it come in and finish a one day job. 3. Never checked the CYA (gave excuse they do 2x/year and it was before we obtained their services) upon taken us on as new customers. This is just basic common sense to do a baseline reading on a pool to know what is going on and start out on the right foot. Our CYA was through the roof HIGH. This caused the pool to go green and then when I ask them what to do it was just empty pool. Unacceptable as they caused the problem to progress and then they do nothing to rectify or make it right. 4. Adding insult to injury, I've been a customer since Oct 2921 and they have my payment information on file and have charged me for sand filter repair and other things but haven't charged my card for months. Then they drop a huge bill on me. I have no problem paying for services performed but it's just another example of how they don't communicate properly and in turn it becomes the customers problem. They are supposed to solving problems not making more for their customers. Timeliness/Flexibility: They respond quickly when they need something but when you have an issue they take their time and if you have a problem with the pool they don't move things around to help the situation they make you wait until your service day. Example - if they come on Friday and the pool starts turning on Saturday...that's your problem until next Friday. Also, like I stated above, they bump you at times and you can't count on them to be there when they say. Pool Care: they do not check ALL the chemicals on service days. They do not flock a pool with excessive pollen in it just through in a ton of shock and chlorine tabs (this can raise the CYA levels). Price: their price was reasonable and fair for the weekly service. It ended up costing me more to correct they mess up by not checking ALL the chemicals so it is more in the long run. It's a shame that I had to learn the hard way of being a new pool owner by having their services. I have learned from my mistakes and will pay more for weekly service if it means I don't have to empty the entire pool, clean it, refill it , and get the chemicals where they are supposed to be. read more

My SPA and several pool lights stopped working. Fiesta replaced them for me and now we have our pool ambiance back and can safely swim. Scott was the service technician and he was great. He explained the replacement process and showed me how it was done. He also identified the problem with our app access and was able to replace the necessary parts. I do not recommend Fiesta Pools. I have had nothing but issues throughout the entire time we had them service our pool. From forgetting to turn the panel back on after servicing it during freezing temperatures to not doing what they said was part of the package (brushing the pool as an example) and I was paying for. I constantly had to follow up and double check everything they did as multiple things were missed and corners were cut. Once I terminated service with them, I had my water checked and it turns out that the stabilizer was too high among other things and now it'll be a gradual process to fix it. read more

Chris in their office is a clear and timely communicator and seemed genuinely eager to have us as a happy customer. Gilbert is the Tech who came and he was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed a short list of inexpensive part replacements and process changes that should give us a greatly improved pool experience. This review is for repairs/remodel of a pool. We contacted this company based on reviews we found online. Our first meeting with the owner seemed to go well, he came prepared and discussed a plan to do all of the repairs. We were happy with the information provided and moved forward. The work was delayed a few times for different reasons so we started and finished later than planned. Upon work starting I noticed different crews coming and going, no supervision and it wasn't company crews as the rep had stated it was contractors. First thing that was done I noticed the work not being done right, quality of work was very poor the person with two teenagers was cutting corners in front of me, I contacted the company and they had someone else finish that portion of the work. Next it came to the tile work, some of the workers were ok others sloppy. There was an issue with the color of the coping stone which was resolved, upon completing the work once again I did a walk thru and pointed out a few issues, areas cut corners. I emailed Landon and he Responded rudely, very passive aggressive, stating this is the last time we're sending someone out, considering work isn't free I took offense to his idiotic response especially when it was all not done right. The company sent one of their site managers, he looked at the issues and had them fix. At no time did Landon write back after getting feedback from his team those items were in need of touch ups. Last thing I found was grout missing from the tiles in the hotub, one of the main reasons he stated tiles were damaged in the first place, I contacted Chris who works at the office and has always been polite and user friendly and he said he will set up a warranty call to resolve the issue. Overall there are many companies out here to take a chance in this company for repairs and remodeling, I don't know quality of work they perform in maintenance. I recommend doing your research, getting other quotes and staying away from this company. It's not worth the headache. Next time I will use Keith Zars or Gary pool since hey are more established and reputable. read more

They were great at 1st, then started sending inexperienced college students. Left my gate open numerous times even after reporting, 3x in a year span my dog got out, the last time he was lost for 2 days, covered in fleas and a long slash on his belly. I spent $278 fixing him up not to mention the stress it brought my family & the time we spent looking for him. The tech kept leaving the pump off even after we reported it, I was on biweekly because we did some cleaning ourselves and weren't using pool much. The last straw was on techs week to clean, you couldn't even tell he had cleaned. He rushed in, rushed out, left cap off intake, pump off, green spot in pool. I discontinued service as they were refusing to comp my expenses or make a extra trips for mess they left. My new service with Alamo Heights pool services is excellent! read more

This company has no idea what they are doing. Just like other customers have stated, our pool turned green as well. We found out it's due to their incompetence. Be sure they check CYA levels in your pool. This was all preventable. What is even worse is they wanted us to pay them to resolve a situation they caused. After weeks of doing what they suggested, nothing was changing. During this time we get a call from the billing department stating their system has not been taking payments monthly as we were setup to do. They want us to pay $1,600! I fired them on the spot. They wanted to charge us $550 to fix the problem, plus we have the cost of water to fill up the pool again and now pay $1600....all due to their incompetence! I'm now in the middle of trying to negotiate a discount. I should not be responsible for ANY of my water cost or for the service charge for an entire month since I could not use my pool. We couldn't even use their pump to drain the pool because it broke. We had to pay and go rent one. This company is a complete disaster. STAY AWAY! read more

We have been very pleased with Fiesta Pool. We met Adam, our "Pool-guy", a few months ago when he was servicing our neighbor's pool. He was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable regarding pool care. I told him that I had been battling Yellow Algae, without any success, for several months. He offered to help get the pool back under control. I'm glad I accepted his offer because I never would have realized that the problem lied within my diatomaceous earth filter and not the chemical balance. Within a few days, Adam had our pool sparkling clean again. Besides Adam, Landon and Aimee, have been great, too! I have found their team to be very professional and courteous. I'm not sure what happened with Alan R to cause him to leave such a negative review, but I have NOT EXPERIENCED ANY NEGATIVE THINGS WITH FIESTA...not even one thing. It strikes me odd to find...that if Fiesta was so bad and deserving of a negative review, why aren't there more negative reviews. I'm just curious. I recently bought a home with a 10 year old pool that needed a lot of work. These guys really stepped up and resurfaced the pool and made suggested that were to my benefit in the long run. I wanted to update some of the equipment but they thought that I should wait and save money. These guys really treat me the way you want to be treated and looked out for my best interests. My resurfaced pool is fantastic and looks so beautiful and the quality and workmanship is outstanding. The price was much cheaper than we thought as they made recommendations to save money and yet go with Quartzite. Awesome job! They also put in a new pool heater and repaired the damaged control panel. All this work was done in December - I like to wait a few months before posting to ensure that things work before posting reviews. read more

I had a great experience with Chris and this company! I purchased a home with an existing hottub which had been neglected for a while. Got an estimate first on what they suggested. It had algae and dirt in the tub where the water had been left sitting for quite a while and lime deposits along the inside of the tub where the water had evaporated. The difference was night and day. I was worried I might have to find a way to get rid of it before and now it is clean and working great. They checked the system and let me know what else was needed to keep it working smoothly and were even willing to schedule a tech to meet me so that they could show me how to maintain. I needed to get my pool filled back up in preparation for selling my house, and found that the liner was leaking. They sent out Adam who patched the holes the next day. Turns out there were more than one, and Adam was back out quickly to patch those as well. The pool was nearly full when the liner ripped resulting in a replacement being needed. The staff quickly ordered a new one and Adam began working on the old bed while waiting on the new liner. New liner arrived the next day and Adam completed the install. Adam also kept me informed throughout the process so I was never left unsure on a completion time. read more
