They don't test the pool chemistry. I had zero free chlorine just 2 days after service. The pH was way too high as well as the CYA. The pool was very cloudy one time and they did nothing about it when they came out. I had to call them back to fix their sub-par work. When I confronted them about the dirty skimmer baskets, Jack denied responsibility rather than man up and fix it. I'm going to find a real professional to maintain my pool instead of Jack and his 10-year-old employee. The pictures are AFTER they "cleaned" the pool!

They missed one day because my gate was locked with they normally come in the morning but they came one afternoon. I wasn't home to unlock the gate. Tim them proceed to tell me this could have all been avoided if I left my gate unlocked. He offered to come later that week and did not come because "their schedule was full". When he came the following week he said he could not service the pool because the water level was too low, then he proceeded to tell me that he will have to come back and charge me $150 for having to come back and additional charge for any chemicals they add to the pool. I then asked him if he wasn't able to come back last week how does he know he will be able to come this week?? This was the problem that was caused because they didn't return any other days the previous week. I verified information from our text conversation and told him I no longer wanted his service at my residence. I feel if there is a problem a solution could have been made but he was not wanting to work with me on this matter. But offered to charge me more money to fix the problem. I also want to add that he stated I got a refund and I have not. No message came from him to verify to me that I was getting a refund. I did not neglect to include this, the information was not given to me.

This one is, without any doubt, the WORST I've ever had. They started off great and got my pool back to blue after the last company let it just turn green. After a few weeks, however, they quit caring and my pool has been green for weeks (maybe even a couple of months). When I inquired about it, they claimed it was because of all of the plants around the pool. My backyard is landscaped but there's nothing about it that would cause it to turn green. It turned green, in my opinion, because they didn't want to spend the money necessary to keep it blue. Ultimately, I had to fire them because their pool tech started yelling at my housekeeper and got extremely aggressive. He even made veiled threats to me. I will get the money they required that I pay them in advance even if I have to sue them. My advice: DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR POOL. If I could give less than 1 star, I would give them a negative 5 star rating.
