The people here are rude. Terrible service. I now go out of my way to drive to another location or company altogether.

We have been in the pool for several months since completion and I wanted to thank the KZP team for…read moreaddressing things. No real big issues and the pool has been a added pleasure for sure. However there are some updates minor things that have occurred since we have been swimming: 1. A pipe cracked after the cold weather and even included the actual pipe for connecting the hoses to it. (Replaced entire components free of charge since having the LLSP coverage/1year warranty-highly recommend!!! 2. The vacuum was not suctioning well-replaced connection and took out extra weights for water tube for vacuum (last week) 3. Pool light flickering-came out to fix right away 4. Assisted with calcium build up-told me what to buy and showed me what to do 5. Check the auto fill due to overfilling-came right out to fix The only negative I have is when doing the quarterly LLSP I haven't seen a report for quality of items, chemicals added, updates on what they've done. However, the last visit with the female and male personnel (last week) were outstanding and was showing me everything in addition to addressing concerns. I appreciated them doing this and hope they get made aware that they did a great job! Overall experience with KZP has been great! No complaints and don't regret any decisions made by going with this company...true to word every step of the way! Yes, may not be cheaper than others but please review the "quality and warranties" when reviewing the contracts. Definitely do some research prior to signing, learn which equipment is one versus another, structuring of the pool (pipe installed) etc. Understand the reputations of companies, Ie, Houzz app, BBB, google reviews etc. We plan to renew warranty as we have had several things happened and want to be covered as we have experienced great service for getting items addressed and can only imagine the cost if not covered.

Love my pool but absolutely hate their service! It is impossible to deal with one person, get items…read moreresolved in a timely manner, etc. in addition, the price on one service went up 25% YOY and nobody follows up! I also purchased a pool cover and one of the benefits supposedly was that they were a one stop shop for needs post build. Well I just tried to get an annual maintenance scheduled and apparently they don't do that and advised I needed to go directly to the manufacturer. And the LSPP program - I have no idea what I am paying for, so many exclusions and am at my wits end!

We had Stacation install a pool hoping for it to be ready by Spring Break for the grandkids to…read moreenjoy. They did it and the pool/spa is great. According to the app used to control the pump speed, it is much more efficient than I expected. I have never had a pool before, so learning how to correct the pool chemicals has been a learning experience, especiallybwith our private well water, but was able to it to get all tests to pass. Staycation resolved every question or concern. Responses were very fast since they use an app where everyone on the project gets copied.

My experience with this company was extremely frustrating and disappointing due to consistent…read morecommunication failures, poor workmanship, and a lack of accountability throughout the project. First, there was confusion regarding the spa system. The contract explicitly specified a blower, yet I was repeatedly told it was a venturi system. I had to repeatedly defend and re-explain my own contract until they finally confirmed what was already documented. HOA submission guidance was also contradictory. I was initially told to reject incorrect materials, but later informed that "generic" selections would be used to gain approval. This raises serious concerns about their process, and I believe HOAs in the San Antonio area would be interested to know this approach may be used. Second, project coordination was inadequate. I had to repeatedly remind staff about irrigation sleeves under the patio, which would have been missed without my involvement. The concrete subcontractor was unaware. While I was told it was "documented," it clearly was not communicated to the field. Anything beyond a basic scope required constant oversight from me. Third, design changes were poorly handled. Adding steps was discussed early but deferred. When included via change order, the drawings were incorrect, resulting in an unsafe step height. Even when sub-contractor flagged it before the pour, no action was taken. When I raised concerns that evening, responses were delayed and dismissive, including unprofessional communication. Fourth, the spa masonry work is unacceptable. While the stone was fine, the top caps and waterfall tile were inconsistently installed, leaving large gaps and visible caulking. When I asked if the caulk line could be reduced, the mason began to agree but was interrupted by the owner, who insisted it was "standard." Corrections were later acknowledged, but the proposed fix exposed further errors. I agreed to a quoted change order, but the final price was increased. There was no accountability or effort to honor the original price. Fifth, site management and closeout were poor. Multiple requests were required to remove debris, leaving my yard in unacceptable condition, resembling a gravel pit. The pool was also turned over dirty despite repeated requests to clean it before pool school. Finally, I was concerned by the company's conduct outside the project. After anonymously seeking advice online, the owner inserted himself into the discussion and attempted to control the narrative despite not being identified. Overall, this project showed a pattern of deflection, poor communication, substandard work, and lack of ownership. I strongly recommend others proceed with caution. Update to Staycation Response: Kelley argued rather than reading the contract-poorly handled. The HOA concern is not misleading, and I did not request anything on a rushed timeline. You deceive HOAs to get approval. Claims that I requested extra work "during" construction are false; I discussed a Phase 2 patio/sidewalk after completion, and with you as well. I never berated anyone over $100, and all change orders were paid in full as shown. I have documented evidence (I'll post), including time-stamped photos (today), supporting all my statements and showing final conditions. I never threatened with a 1-star review for no-cost. Documented evidence shows how you handled this gave you a 5 to 1. You fabricate, lie and misrepresent to discredit me. Conduct outside the project refers to the public Facebook response, which speaks for itself.

They keep you informed throughout the process and are VERY transparent about what is going on. They always notify you when workers are coming, and the owner personally shows up multiple times each week to ensure that the work meets his very high standards. The quality of the workmanship is remarkable, our pool is a very simple rectangle but looks like something you would see in a resort. They will not only build your pool, but you can also have them do your maintenance at a very reasonable price. There is no doubt that Dream Pool Creations takes pride in their work and I would not even think twice about referring them to friends and family. I am a disabled veteran, so I had some requirements to ensure that I can use the pool safely. The owner spent hours with me designing a pool that would fit my needs and make sure I would be safe in the pool as well, this personal touch to already stellar service is something you do not experience often these days. After this process, I was provided with 3-D mock-ups of what the pool would look like in my backyard, which was instrumental in finalizing the design. Work began promptly and the work site was so clean at completion, you would never have been able to tell a pool was just installed. High-pressure sales tactics are not used by this company, they provided me with a fair quote upfront. They will not call you a week later and tell you "If you agree now, we can take 10% off", or "I spoke with my manager and I was told if you sign now, we will give you a discount." Follow-ups were to ask if I had any questions and they were always respectful and never tried to guilt trip me or sway me to make an emotional purchase decision, it is obvious that Dream Pool Creations wants to establish a great vendor/customer relationship, not just sell you a pool.

Homeowners, be aware before choosing this pool company. Our…read morepool took nearly a year to complete, and unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing from the beginning. Despite advertising a lifetime warranty, the company has not stood behind its work or honored its commitments. Since day one, we've experienced numerous issues, including: Ongoing equipment problems. Travertine decking that was never properly sealed. Missing rebar in portions of the decking, which has now resulted in cracking. An outdoor kitchen that was left unfinished, forcing us to hire and pay outside contractors to complete the work. A spa that is currently leaking. Spa jets that have never functioned properly and cause water to overflow instead of operating as designed. When we requested documentation for our records, such as the materials, colors, and products that were installed, the company never responded. Our pool was a significant investment, yet we repeatedly had to push back when lower-quality materials were being proposed. After researching the products ourselves, we insisted on higher-quality options instead of the cheaper slide, flooring, and other materials they initially wanted to install. There are many more issues than I can list in one review. My advice to anyone considering this company is to do your research, get every promise in writing, keep detailed records, and don't rely solely on verbal assurances. A pool is a major investment, and you deserve quality workmanship and a company that stands behind its product long after the final payment is made. For this and other reasons we were not asked to complete a review. So I took it upon myself to post this information.
