Jimmy even came out to my house on his day off and helped me figure out where to put the tub, so I could get the electrical work done to have the tub installed by Christmas, which I am extremely grateful for. We had a tough heater and pump warranty issue with a Modpool-manufactured pool. The heater wasn't working, and the pump tripped the RFI breaker. The equipment was difficult and uncomfortable to access because of the small compartment it was installed in. We called several pool service companies, who all turned down the work for numerous reasons. Tom, the owner, and Natasha, the manager at Poolmart, came to our rescue. The work was challenging, but they powered through it and fixed the heater and pump. Tom is hard-working, honest, and has a wealth of knowledge. He explained in detail what was wrong with the equipment and installation, what the fix was, and fixed it. We finally had a working pool, thanks to Poolmart! I hope we don't have any more issues with this pool, but if we do, we will definitely call Poolmart of San Antonio.

I purchased a replacement Dolphin pool cleaner motor unit from PoolZoom. The product page did not…read moredisclose that this was a used or remanufactured part. However, the item arrived with an "Exchange" sticker plastered right on the motor block. Worse, the remanufactured part was non-functional on arrival. The impeller fan runs continuously, but the drive motor fails to turn on. I independently verified my power supply with a multimeter at a constant, healthy 29V output, confirming the issue is entirely within their faulty "exchange" motor. When I contacted PoolZoom within 3 days of delivery to report the defect, their automated RMA system failed to recognize the order. When reaching out to customer support, they attempted to deny responsibility entirely, claiming all electrical defect claims must go through the manufacturer--knowing full well that Maytronics does not honor factory consumer warranties on loose, remanufactured parts sold by third parties. They would not issue a return label to resolve the issue, forcing me to file a formal dispute with my credit card company for receiving defective goods not as described. Avoid this seller if you expect transparency and functional parts.

We learned that by replacing the speakers with the exact make/model we had before would mean purchasing 4 speakers that are advertised NOT to be waterproof! Maybe that was the problem all along. This one is, without any doubt, the WORST I've ever had. They started off great and got my pool back to blue after the last company let it just turn green. After a few weeks, however, they quit caring and my pool has been green for weeks (maybe even a couple of months). When I inquired about it, they claimed it was because of all of the plants around the pool. My backyard is landscaped but there's nothing about it that would cause it to turn green. It turned green, in my opinion, because they didn't want to spend the money necessary to keep it blue. Ultimately, I had to fire them because their pool tech started yelling at my housekeeper and got extremely aggressive. He even made veiled threats to me. I will get the money they required that I pay them in advance even if I have to sue them. My advice: DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR POOL. If I could give less than 1 star, I would give them a negative 5 star rating.

The vacuum was not suctioning well-replaced connection and took out extra weights for water tube for vacuum (last week) 3. Pool light flickering-came out to fix right away 4. Assisted with calcium build up-told me what to buy and showed me what to do 5. Check the auto fill due to overfilling-came right out to fix The only negative I have is when doing the quarterly LLSP I haven't seen a report for quality of items, chemicals added, updates on what they've done. However, the last visit with the female and male personnel (last week) were outstanding and was showing me everything in addition to addressing concerns. I appreciated them doing this and hope they get made aware that they did a great job! Overall experience with KZP has been great! No complaints and don't regret any decisions made by going with this company...true to word every step of the way! Yes, may not be cheaper than others but please review the "quality and warranties" when reviewing the contracts. Definitely do some research prior to signing, learn which equipment is one versus another, structuring of the pool (pipe installed) etc. Understand the reputations of companies, Ie, Houzz app, BBB, google reviews etc. We plan to renew warranty as we have had several things happened and want to be covered as we have experienced great service for getting items addressed and can only imagine the cost if not covered.

It was low, but after running the hose for two hours, the pool still wasn't filling, and I ended up wasting a lot of water. I called them and told them the pool was not filling up after 2 hours of trying to fill it, but no one came for over five days, and during that time the water kept dropping. I've never seen it that low, so I was worried there was a serious leak. When the repair guy finally came out, he called me several times but didn't seem to know why the water level was so low. He blamed me for not filling it, even though I fill it weekly or whenever the maintenance man tells me to. Eventually, he said the pool cleaner must have left something on, causing the water to drain -- and that was the explanation. Then I received a bill for $218. I called to explain what happened, but the owner was completely unhelpful. He put the blame on me and denied that the repair man ever told me the leak was caused by the pool cleaner not turning something off. In 20 years, I've never complained, and yet they treated me terribly. There must have been a huge change in ownership, they have never spoke to me in this way before. I have pictures from last week showing the water level just slightly below the white line, and I filled it immediately after receiving the maintenance man's email. He sends me pictures weekly after every visit. This company has changed in the last few years, even the cleaning is not like it used to be.

I had a repair man out but he couldn't find the leak. so it has leaked for a year or so. Now, it has developed a crack in the shell and is leaking even more. Crafters will not send anyone out to look at it, they want me to submit photos, videos, and proof to manufacturer. I have but they just keep giving me the run around, more hoops to jump through. I wish I never bought this thing in the first place. Probably sell it as is for next to nothing. Essentially no warranty, no support, you are on your own.
