Then they called the day of and push back the appointment another 5 days. Meanwhile algea was taking over in my pool. 2) They show up and can't fix the problem. 3) THEY SEND ME A BILL FOR THE SERVICE CALL TO BE COVERED BY MY WARRANTY! 4) I called them and said they should not be billing me. I had to call and pay someone else to fix the problem which was right at the pump that they warranty and that I'm not going to pay the bill. She said tough, we will just send you to collection. 5) I said I'll see you in court. I am also sending an e mail to the company if I can find one. I can't even find a website on Google. The only first option I have is to go here on Yelp because I have no option to e mail them in writing the problem or go to a website.

Walked in and was greeted by a gentlemen who was working with others but took the time in detail to explain how to remove dead algae from the bottom of my pool, had a sheet explaining it as well and explained what i needed and it only all came to $80! Lots of inventory, great pricing and store was very clean. Another gentleman helped grab all the items i needed and again explained and showed in detail how the process worked! This establishment had outstanding customer service, was very friendly and very educated and knowledge. Lots of pool equipment, accessories, etc for things you may need! Def check these guys out!

This one is, without any doubt, the WORST I've ever had. They started off great and got my pool back to blue after the last company let it just turn green. After a few weeks, however, they quit caring and my pool has been green for weeks (maybe even a couple of months). When I inquired about it, they claimed it was because of all of the plants around the pool. My backyard is landscaped but there's nothing about it that would cause it to turn green. It turned green, in my opinion, because they didn't want to spend the money necessary to keep it blue. Ultimately, I had to fire them because their pool tech started yelling at my housekeeper and got extremely aggressive. He even made veiled threats to me. I will get the money they required that I pay them in advance even if I have to sue them. My advice: DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR POOL. If I could give less than 1 star, I would give them a negative 5 star rating.

I immediately thought that the store clerk was going to sucker me into purchasing a new unit, and that's truly the reason why I'd been hesitating for quite some time to deal with the matter. So about two weeks ago, I finally decided to get it taken care of. Plus, it's about the right time to enjoy my pool...I was greeted by the store associate, I believe he's the manager of the establishment---I came to this deduction because of his knowledge in the industry. His name was Freddy...so I started to explain the problem with my heater, he asked if my heater was reading codes off the display panel. I said 'yes.' He was quickly able to explain the problem and what caused the problem with meticulous detail. By the time he finished, I felt like for the first time I really understood my equipment. And best of all, it turned out that I did not have to spend a dime to resolve the issue. I went home to tell my husband all about it.....to my surprise, apparently a tech from a pool company had just stopped by, but interestingly, the technician took close to an hour to "figure out the problem." Ironically, it only took Freddy 5 minutes to resolve the problem without even looking at the heater. Freddy did recommend to call the Leslie's service department. I do understand that my heater will need to be replaced soon, but the difference is that when the time comes, I wont hesitate to make the investment with Leslie's. After this rain, I plan to take my water sample to Freddy to help me out with my green pool. :)

They always notify you when workers are coming, and the owner personally shows up multiple times each week to ensure that the work meets his very high standards. The quality of the workmanship is remarkable, our pool is a very simple rectangle but looks like something you would see in a resort. They will not only build your pool, but you can also have them do your maintenance at a very reasonable price. There is no doubt that Dream Pool Creations takes pride in their work and I would not even think twice about referring them to friends and family. I am a disabled veteran, so I had some requirements to ensure that I can use the pool safely. The owner spent hours with me designing a pool that would fit my needs and make sure I would be safe in the pool as well, this personal touch to already stellar service is something you do not experience often these days. After this process, I was provided with 3-D mock-ups of what the pool would look like in my backyard, which was instrumental in finalizing the design. Work began promptly and the work site was so clean at completion, you would never have been able to tell a pool was just installed. High-pressure sales tactics are not used by this company, they provided me with a fair quote upfront. They will not call you a week later and tell you "If you agree now, we can take 10% off", or "I spoke with my manager and I was told if you sign now, we will give you a discount." Follow-ups were to ask if I had any questions and they were always respectful and never tried to guilt trip me or sway me to make an emotional purchase decision, it is obvious that Dream Pool Creations wants to establish a great vendor/customer relationship, not just sell you a pool.

We purchased a custom built deck and a spa from Paradise Decks & Spas, San Antonio, in 2022…read more We have been happy with the deck and spa both, until 2025 rolled around and our speakers stopped working, like a domino effect. Realizing they were out of warranty, we called Paradise's recommended serviceman at least 6 times and could not get him to return our calls. I called about 3-4 times to the sales rep in hopes he could light a fire under him to no avail. Giving up on the custormer service after the sale, I reached out to a local hot tub specialist. We learned that by replacing the speakers with the exact make/model we had before would mean purchasing 4 speakers that are advertised NOT to be waterproof! Maybe that was the problem all along. So, beware of the hot tub you purchase that won't have waterproof speakers AND don't count on get any follow up service from Paradise Spas in the future!

I considered going to a few shops in town but stopped in here and met Jimmy, their salesperson, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I knew immediately I didn't need to go anywhere else. Jimmy wasn't concerned with selling me the most expensive model; he wanted me to find the model that was right for my needs. Jimmy even came out to my house on his day off and helped me figure out where to put the tub, so I could get the electrical work done to have the tub installed by Christmas, which I am extremely grateful for.
