I considered going to a few shops in town but stopped in here and met Jimmy, their salesperson, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I knew immediately I didn't need to go anywhere else. Jimmy wasn't concerned with selling me the most expensive model; he wanted me to find the model that was right for my needs. Jimmy even came out to my house on his day off and helped me figure out where to put the tub, so I could get the electrical work done to have the tub installed by Christmas, which I am extremely grateful for. If you're looking for a hot tub, which is a pretty big investment for most of us, and you want some peace of mind to go along with your purchase, go see Jimmy at Sweetwater. I can't recommend Sweetwater and Jimmy enough.

    My husband and I ordered the Roosevelt Hot Tub February 2026, mid month. We received it on our back…read moreporch Tuesday April 28th 2026. Put all day 1 chemicals in it, day two Wednesday put second day chemical and by early evening we were sitting relaxing in the tub. It wouldn't keep the heat, never got hotter than 95, the Max is 104° We understand it takes time initially to heat the tub to max. Thursday we didn't get in, nor Friday, however, I did go out to test water temp and it was cold. It never heated. I tried to start the heat again, and the control panel would NOT work. Nothing came on, no lights, nothing. My husband texted our salesperson and I called the store. Apparently, our sales guy was busy with another customer. We got a call shortly after from the tech guy I guess. He asked if we reset, explained my husband had already done that AND checked the brackers AND tested the outlet with hair dryer. Still, nothing. correction hair dryer came on NOT tub. Then a woman called to set up a repair appointment, Monday is the soonest she said, ok find. Hung up, she called again. Apologized. And said Tuesday actually because she only had one repair guy. I'm FURIOUS at this point. Almost $6000.00 hot tub and nearing three month wait and NOW this. It's bullshit and we won't be back to this store to do anymore shopping. VERY VERY Disappointing! Oh ps.... upon delivery they forgot our steps and said they were on back order but I went to store second day, and our sales guy told us they had excess supply and didn't understand why they didn't bring it. Well. Because they forgot and then told us some BS to take it off of them smh. Horrible experience!

This store had many to pick from, they are on the high end but in life you get what you pay for. We finally narrowed it down to 2-3 stores. My family did a wet test and sad to say we kicked out so much water i was very embarrassed, we laughed and stored laughed but still felt bad. We finally purchased from this store. We did have 1 hiccup on delivery but after i called the Family Leisure store, made it right and sent the Manager out to help install. I am part of a company with 900 people and Customer service is key, they have it here and backed it up with actions. the word Action means more than words, what about you, ask for Scott.....i love our hot tub and i do not regret the decision to purchase from Family Leisure

    We've used Pinch a Penny for over a year now. We've had consistently good service with a few…read moreexceptions. Shout out to Marshall has been taking care of us for quite some time and is extremely knowledgeable and even compelled us to refer Pinch a Penny to neighbors! The last two weeks have been not good, as other technicians have been servicing the pool. In the few incidents in the past we've had pool service tech's who up - do literally nothing and leave. They look around. That's about it. (Anthony to be specific) Last week the pool service manager came with a trainee. The manager is new - 2 months or so into his job. I asked him to vacuum the pool as that is part of our service plan. He did not clean the pool properly or vacuum the pool after I requested. My husband called Phillip (the owner) to let him know, Phillip said he'd take care of the issue. This week, Wednesday is our day of service normally. My husband gets our record of service email from Pinch a Penny about 2pm. Our gate had not been opened, no one had been at our property, much less to our pool area. I walked out just to ensure no service was completed - baskets still full of debris, no chemicals balanced...The technician used someone else's pool as the photo in our record of service. We called twice and left two messages for the owner to call us back. We are awaiting a communication back to resolve this issue. We understand it's a holiday week, that doesn't stop the transactions for my payment coming out of my bank Monday, 7/3. Update: 7/6 - Valerie the owner called first thing this morning and committed to making this situation right. Pool tech Zay was out this afternoon and spent nearly an hour vacuuming, balancing chemicals and doing everything that wasn't done previously. He left the pool sparkling, clean and balanced. I will say, consistently, when there is an issue (this has happened only a handful of times at most) - the ownership is timely, very involved, makes things right, good and fair. I'm happy with the outcome and will continue to use them and recommend to friends and neighbors. Thank you!

I am currently three weeks waiting for my heater to be serviced. From my experience they are eager to sell and install, but turn it into a horrible experience if you need service on the products they have installed.
