However there are some updates minor things that have occurred since we have been swimming: 1. A pipe cracked after the cold weather and even included the actual pipe for connecting the hoses to it. (Replaced entire components free of charge since having the LLSP coverage/1year warranty-highly recommend!!! 2. The vacuum was not suctioning well-replaced connection and took out extra weights for water tube for vacuum (last week) 3. Pool light flickering-came out to fix right away 4. Assisted with calcium build up-told me what to buy and showed me what to do 5. Check the auto fill due to overfilling-came right out to fix The only negative I have is when doing the quarterly LLSP I haven't seen a report for quality of items, chemicals added, updates on what they've done. However, the last visit with the female and male personnel (last week) were outstanding and was showing me everything in addition to addressing concerns. I appreciated them doing this and hope they get made aware that they did a great job! Overall experience with KZP has been great! No complaints and don't regret any decisions made by going with this company...true to word every step of the way! Yes, may not be cheaper than others but please review the "quality and warranties" when reviewing the contracts. Definitely do some research prior to signing, learn which equipment is one versus another, structuring of the pool (pipe installed) etc. Understand the reputations of companies, Ie, Houzz app, BBB, google reviews etc. We plan to renew warranty as we have had several things happened and want to be covered as we have experienced great service for getting items addressed and can only imagine the cost if not covered.

They will not call you a week later and tell you "If you agree now, we can take 10% off", or "I spoke with my manager and I was told if you sign now, we will give you a discount." I considered going to a few shops in town but stopped in here and met Jimmy, their salesperson, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I knew immediately I didn't need to go anywhere else. Jimmy wasn't concerned with selling me the most expensive model; he wanted me to find the model that was right for my needs. Jimmy even came out to my house on his day off and helped me figure out where to put the tub, so I could get the electrical work done to have the tub installed by Christmas, which I am extremely grateful for. If you're looking for a hot tub, which is a pretty big investment for most of us, and you want some peace of mind to go along with your purchase, go see Jimmy at Sweetwater. I immediately thought that the store clerk was going to sucker me into purchasing a new unit, and that's truly the reason why I'd been hesitating for quite some time to deal with the matter. So about two weeks ago, I finally decided to get it taken care of. Plus, it's about the right time to enjoy my pool...I was greeted by the store associate, I believe he's the manager of the establishment---I came to this deduction because of his knowledge in the industry. His name was Freddy...so I started to explain the problem with my heater, he asked if my heater was reading codes off the display panel. I said 'yes.' He was quickly able to explain the problem and what caused the problem with meticulous detail. By the time he finished, I felt like for the first time I really understood my equipment. And best of all, it turned out that I did not have to spend a dime to resolve the issue. I went home to tell my husband all about it.....to my surprise, apparently a tech from a pool company had just stopped by, but interestingly, the technician took close to an hour to "figure out the problem." Ironically, it only took Freddy 5 minutes to resolve the problem without even looking at the heater. Freddy did recommend to call the Leslie's service department. I do understand that my heater will need to be replaced soon, but the difference is that when the time comes, I wont hesitate to make the investment with Leslie's. After this rain, I plan to take my water sample to Freddy to help me out with my green pool. :)

Realizing they were out of warranty, we called Paradise's recommended serviceman at least 6 times and could not get him to return our calls. I called about 3-4 times to the sales rep in hopes he could light a fire under him to no avail. Giving up on the custormer service after the sale, I reached out to a local hot tub specialist. We learned that by replacing the speakers with the exact make/model we had before would mean purchasing 4 speakers that are advertised NOT to be waterproof! Maybe that was the problem all along. So, beware of the hot tub you purchase that won't have waterproof speakers AND don't count on get any follow up service from Paradise Spas in the future!

(Returned In like new condition). They have been non responsive to the request for support we initiated by us and documented. 2 additional e-mails sent on our behalf as follow up attempting reach a resolution have had zero response with exception to one reply advising they were very busy and would respond at a later date and time. These are all stall tactics and exemplify their total lack of any true customer support. The minimum credit amount required (50% of purchase price) was issued, leaving us being out $348.00 and with no pool cleaner) All of our communications re: this event were prompt, on clear, polite and at this stage apparently pointless. The Pool Cleaner manufacturer, Maytronics was as well e-mailed one week ago tomorrow and apart from acknowledging receipt of our e-mail have made nor sent any attempt to contact us or resolve the issues stated above.
