However there are some updates minor things that have occurred since we have been swimming: 1. A pipe cracked after the cold weather and even included the actual pipe for connecting the hoses to it. (Replaced entire components free of charge since having the LLSP coverage/1year warranty-highly recommend!!! 2. The vacuum was not suctioning well-replaced connection and took out extra weights for water tube for vacuum (last week) 3. Pool light flickering-came out to fix right away 4. Assisted with calcium build up-told me what to buy and showed me what to do 5. Check the auto fill due to overfilling-came right out to fix The only negative I have is when doing the quarterly LLSP I haven't seen a report for quality of items, chemicals added, updates on what they've done. However, the last visit with the female and male personnel (last week) were outstanding and was showing me everything in addition to addressing concerns. I appreciated them doing this and hope they get made aware that they did a great job! Overall experience with KZP has been great! No complaints and don't regret any decisions made by going with this company...true to word every step of the way! Yes, may not be cheaper than others but please review the "quality and warranties" when reviewing the contracts. Definitely do some research prior to signing, learn which equipment is one versus another, structuring of the pool (pipe installed) etc. Understand the reputations of companies, Ie, Houzz app, BBB, google reviews etc. We plan to renew warranty as we have had several things happened and want to be covered as we have experienced great service for getting items addressed and can only imagine the cost if not covered.

It was low, but after running the hose for two hours, the pool still wasn't filling, and I ended up wasting a lot of water. I called them and told them the pool was not filling up after 2 hours of trying to fill it, but no one came for over five days, and during that time the water kept dropping. I've never seen it that low, so I was worried there was a serious leak. When the repair guy finally came out, he called me several times but didn't seem to know why the water level was so low. He blamed me for not filling it, even though I fill it weekly or whenever the maintenance man tells me to. Eventually, he said the pool cleaner must have left something on, causing the water to drain -- and that was the explanation. Then I received a bill for $218. I called to explain what happened, but the owner was completely unhelpful. He put the blame on me and denied that the repair man ever told me the leak was caused by the pool cleaner not turning something off. In 20 years, I've never complained, and yet they treated me terribly. There must have been a huge change in ownership, they have never spoke to me in this way before. I have pictures from last week showing the water level just slightly below the white line, and I filled it immediately after receiving the maintenance man's email. He sends me pictures weekly after every visit. This company has changed in the last few years, even the cleaning is not like it used to be.

I purchased a replacement Dolphin pool cleaner motor unit from PoolZoom. The product page did not…read moredisclose that this was a used or remanufactured part. However, the item arrived with an "Exchange" sticker plastered right on the motor block. Worse, the remanufactured part was non-functional on arrival. The impeller fan runs continuously, but the drive motor fails to turn on. I independently verified my power supply with a multimeter at a constant, healthy 29V output, confirming the issue is entirely within their faulty "exchange" motor. When I contacted PoolZoom within 3 days of delivery to report the defect, their automated RMA system failed to recognize the order. When reaching out to customer support, they attempted to deny responsibility entirely, claiming all electrical defect claims must go through the manufacturer--knowing full well that Maytronics does not honor factory consumer warranties on loose, remanufactured parts sold by third parties. They would not issue a return label to resolve the issue, forcing me to file a formal dispute with my credit card company for receiving defective goods not as described. Avoid this seller if you expect transparency and functional parts.

I am a disabled veteran, so I had some requirements to ensure that I can use the pool safely. The owner spent hours with me designing a pool that would fit my needs and make sure I would be safe in the pool as well, this personal touch to already stellar service is something you do not experience often these days. After this process, I was provided with 3-D mock-ups of what the pool would look like in my backyard, which was instrumental in finalizing the design. Work began promptly and the work site was so clean at completion, you would never have been able to tell a pool was just installed. High-pressure sales tactics are not used by this company, they provided me with a fair quote upfront. They will not call you a week later and tell you "If you agree now, we can take 10% off", or "I spoke with my manager and I was told if you sign now, we will give you a discount." Follow-ups were to ask if I had any questions and they were always respectful and never tried to guilt trip me or sway me to make an emotional purchase decision, it is obvious that Dream Pool Creations wants to establish a great vendor/customer relationship, not just sell you a pool.

Jimmy wasn't concerned with selling me the most expensive model; he wanted me to find the model that was right for my needs. Jimmy even came out to my house on his day off and helped me figure out where to put the tub, so I could get the electrical work done to have the tub installed by Christmas, which I am extremely grateful for. If you're looking for a hot tub, which is a pretty big investment for most of us, and you want some peace of mind to go along with your purchase, go see Jimmy at Sweetwater. I immediately thought that the store clerk was going to sucker me into purchasing a new unit, and that's truly the reason why I'd been hesitating for quite some time to deal with the matter. So about two weeks ago, I finally decided to get it taken care of. Plus, it's about the right time to enjoy my pool...I was greeted by the store associate, I believe he's the manager of the establishment---I came to this deduction because of his knowledge in the industry. His name was Freddy...so I started to explain the problem with my heater, he asked if my heater was reading codes off the display panel. I said 'yes.' He was quickly able to explain the problem and what caused the problem with meticulous detail. By the time he finished, I felt like for the first time I really understood my equipment. And best of all, it turned out that I did not have to spend a dime to resolve the issue. I went home to tell my husband all about it.....to my surprise, apparently a tech from a pool company had just stopped by, but interestingly, the technician took close to an hour to "figure out the problem." Ironically, it only took Freddy 5 minutes to resolve the problem without even looking at the heater. Freddy did recommend to call the Leslie's service department. I do understand that my heater will need to be replaced soon, but the difference is that when the time comes, I wont hesitate to make the investment with Leslie's. After this rain, I plan to take my water sample to Freddy to help me out with my green pool. :)

I called about 3-4 times to the sales rep in hopes he could light a fire under him to no avail. Giving up on the custormer service after the sale, I reached out to a local hot tub specialist. We learned that by replacing the speakers with the exact make/model we had before would mean purchasing 4 speakers that are advertised NOT to be waterproof! Maybe that was the problem all along. So, beware of the hot tub you purchase that won't have waterproof speakers AND don't count on get any follow up service from Paradise Spas in the future!

These are all stall tactics and exemplify their total lack of any true customer support. The minimum credit amount required (50% of purchase price) was issued, leaving us being out $348.00 and with no pool cleaner) All of our communications re: this event were prompt, on clear, polite and at this stage apparently pointless. The Pool Cleaner manufacturer, Maytronics was as well e-mailed one week ago tomorrow and apart from acknowledging receipt of our e-mail have made nor sent any attempt to contact us or resolve the issues stated above.
