Misleading information. Do not recommend using this company. I was first told that I would have a month free to try out their services. They ended up charging me within 2 weeks. They missed one day because my gate was locked with they normally come in the morning but they came one afternoon. I wasn't home to unlock the gate. Tim them proceed to tell me this could have all been avoided if I left my gate unlocked. He offered to come later that week and did not come because "their schedule was full". When he came the following week he said he could not service the pool because the water level was too low, then he proceeded to tell me that he will have to come back and charge me $150 for having to come back and additional charge for any chemicals they add to the pool. I then asked him if he wasn't able to come back last week how does he know he will be able to come this week?? This was the problem that was caused because they didn't return any other days the previous week. I verified information from our text conversation and told him I no longer wanted his service at my residence. I feel if there is a problem a solution could have been made but he was not wanting to work with me on this matter. But offered to charge me more money to fix the problem. I also want to add that he stated I got a refund and I have not. No message came from him to verify to me that I was getting a refund. I ordered a Groupon for their service. Unfortunately, they don't service vinyl lined pools, but they were super friendly in sharing what we should do to clean our pool. If we didn't have a vinyl lined pool, we would have definitely went with them. They have convenient and easy to read pool reports. read more

If I could give a zero I would. This company had our pool for almost 4 weeks. - First week no problems except for scheduling (always up in the air). - Second week no problems water crystal clear. - Third week they put soda ash in turned my water brown then the next day green. Of course nothing they did (yet they are the only ones that touched it) Pool was this way for 5 days. Filter had no problems prior, they included in their report no problems w the filter and at that timet the psi shot up after they put soda ash in by 19 PSI to now 30 which requires cleaning. Of course, they didn't do anything. But there fix to this was to charge me to come out and clean the filter $$$$ please keep in mind I had expressed to them my house was going on the market and now this was postponing it another week. So they clean the filter add chemicals and suddenly water clears up. Please keep in mind I went to two different Leslies that told me my water readings were different than what Symbri stated. Also Id like to add I received a text after they had put the soda ash in the pool and was not consulted on adding it or impacts. They indicate their is no science to this and they are "experimenting" that is the owners words. -Fifth week (day before house is set to go on market 2nd time) they come out and service the pool. No algae at all and they decide again to put crazy chems in. They put flocculant in. I get a phone call telling me after the service not to run the pool until after they come a week from now. That they flocculant will cloud up the bottom and have to sit there. We look this up and are shocked they would do this knowing the result and appearance that it would have. They know we have been waiting to put our home on the market because of their previous mistakes. We call Tim and he basically dismisses us telling us our service agreement indicates they can do anything they see fit. They won't come out til next weeks service to vacuum it. What? Are they nuts? Then I said I need you to come out and address this as you are costing us MORE time and $$$$. Of course they are too busy and can't do it then it became they won't come out and do it, they can do anything they want per the service agreement. I should refer to my service agreement. We let them know if they don't resolve this we will move this to litigation for time, cost and damages. Tim's response was "well it wouldn't be the first time". Wow... really? He also says fire me if you want to. So I ask fire you without fixing this and he says yes. I said I wanted him to fix it. So after we get off the phone he sends me a text message terminating my agreement and leaving me with a major and costly issue not to mention preventing us once again from getting our house on the market. The next morning the flock didn't take because they had no idea what they were doing and should have never done it but it has messed our water up majorly once again and we have to pay for new service and for someone else to come out and fix Symbri mistakes, this company is a nightmare and they have no idea what they are doing. We will be addressing this legally and sharing our experiences appropriately with all possible review sites. I should mention that for positive reviews they give you a discount on your monthly service. You can make your own conclusions as to why they have some positive reviews.
