Over time, the concrete and plastic (skimmer) separated. It cracked and leaked again (see the photo). That fix was not professionally done. Now the only option is to have the skimmer replaced, and worse, they asked me to contact Texas Vinyl Pools. Neither responded to solve the problem. I am very disappointed.

This wasn't the first time it has happen where pool isn't properly cleaned, but I let it go a here and there, but had to say something eventually. When we first moved here we were told by one company that we needed a 'New Heater'. We wanted a Second Opinion and called Ken and he sent out his 'guy, Steve'. He inspected the Heater and found that the 'Mother Board' had not been installed correctly and with a little adjustment, bam, it worked !!! Saved us money for sure !! Tropical Scapes recently found our pool filled with algae (when we were out of town). Ken called us and 'Shocked' it back to normal. However, taking payment and not providing services is something anyone considering using this firm needs to know. They were to install a timer for my pool pump. After a month delay, which they blamed on the supply chain, the timer was installed. It worked for a few days. When I reached out to inform it was no longer working I received no reply. Letty blamed it on giving me a number she rarely checks. (interesting way of doing business) She gave me a new number, which comes into play later. They came to service the pool and I told them the timer failed. They checked it and said they would get with manufacture for a replacement. The story ends with me not renewing my weekly pool service because of their lack of reliability when they would come and no communication at the new number I was given. Thus, I have not heard from them again despite multiple attempts to reach them, seeking to settle the matter. The bottom line they took a $200 payment and failed to complete the job. It feels like theft in my book and we will likely file a civil claim. I strongly encourage no one to hire this Nfiniity Pools.

Absolutely do not recommend these scam artists. Should not be in any business. In total charged me $1713 over the course of 11 months and left me with a non-functioning tub.
