Bobby is straight forward, efficient, welcomes questions, explains things and if you tell him something isn't quite right, he resolves it. Communication is terrific from Patriot. Sure, you get a standard readout of the service, but there will also be notes from the team answering your question, recommendations, etc. Sure, I'm new, only 2 months with them, but so far, stellar service.

I assume this whole thing was to damage the new holler and blame us so they think they can charge us for yet another replacement whole unit next week. I informed him several times that he agreed to my timeline....surely it must have frustrated him, lack of employees etc. Yes, the pool was mostly clear, however still had debris on the pool floor after they left. I did let him know great job clearing the water, however he is stretched to thin to effectively give a good service for the amount he charges and the misleading of consultation and one time cleaning.
