In addition, I needed a traverse rod and Nancy helped me make a selection through text, phone calls and email after business hours as we were leaving for Germany in 2 days. Through the internet while I was in Germany, there assistance was greatly appreciated as I placed an order for a custom made non refundable rod. In early November, Nancy called to set up an appointment for the installation and I was called again to confirm the time. They came and installed 3 roman shades, the travers rod and hung my drape. It is wonderful! This professionally created custom drape has added flair and enhanced the look of our dinning room.
