DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They talk a good talk but do not live up to their promise of an…read more"exceptional customer experience, "it will be anything but. Do not expect a timely return of your emails or calls. If you call their office, the guy that answers will consistently say he hasn't seen them. If you ask him to have them return your call forget getting it. They will take money from you, and if you ask for a refund, expect not to get it without a fight. This company does not have the logistical and financial ability to provide the services they pretend to be able to. Additionally, they will not follow simple instructions i.e. don't drive your equipment on the driveway. Started dealing with them in February and fired them at the beginning of last month after they did just that. Don't have anything to show but ruts in the yard from them getting their skid loader stuck and marks on my driveway. They have still not apologized for their failure to follow my instructions not to drive anything on the driveway. They are blaming me for getting their skid loader stuck after they chose to bring it out on a day when it was pouring rain when previously they used a forecast of rain as an excuse for not coming out. AGAIN, DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

We were hoping to have the perfect pool by the summer. This is what we were guaranteed by the…read moreParks. Our contract was signed in January and the pool arrived in March. We are no further along now than we were then. They have falsified dates several times of when they will be out to complete the project. When I called today (from a different number so they would answer) I was told they were finishing a project in Lubbock. According to Jim Adams (San Juan rep), Texas Cool Pools does not service that area. Dean stated they would be at our house the middle of April and this did not happen. Eric then stated in writing they would be out between May 18th and 31st and that did not happen. A friend called today and spoke with Marie about getting a new pool. She was told 8-12 weeks for the pool to be delivered and 30-45 to complete it. They are continuing to intentionally fraud people. If you are deciding which pool builder to go with, I would not choose this company. If you have recently signed a contract in the last few months, there is a good chance they were not truthful about any aspect of the process and time it will take to complete it. I have attached a picture of our pool...they simply turned it upside down in our yard.

I feel like they are really trying but they just can't get it together. I've had to go around them…read moreseveral times to get the manufacturer of the spa cover involved. The first time was a gasket that came off the first time I used the cover. Paradise tried to tell me I would have to pay. I contacted the manufacturer and miraculously it was indeed covered under warranty. The hydraulics on the cover were troublesome from the very start. Service tech said the install team did it wrong. Supposedly fixed it but it was still difficult to operate. Came out again and tech found incorrectly sized hydraulics. By this time the lift is starting to warp and buckle the swim spa panels. Tech tries to tell me that is normal because the mounting screws have no place to go on the spa frame. I'm thinking that is not acceptable and email the manufacturer and service manager. No response for weeks and weeks. A follow up call to the service dept and the manager agrees that doesn't look normal. Tech comes out again and says the same thing. Now it's a discussion between cover manufacturer, swim spa manufacturer and Paradise. I deeply regret not looking at the reviews before this purchase!!!!

Let us warn you about Paradas Spas & Outdoor Living. I bought this spa from someone named Vince,…read morewho almost broke his neck getting all the paperwork signed, because I was putting 50% down - afterwards, I never heard a single solitary word or phone call from him. Thankfully, a logistics company named We-Gotchu Logistics and Tanner, owner, saved the day. I had to order a crane so that we could take it over a privacy fence. I did all this on my own, except for Tanner, who made an exception to put me first in line and specifically gave me a time he would be here, so as not to run up my bill with the crane company. He did just that and more. Since we never heard from Vince after he finished the paperwork on the Spa and collected his money, I would say service after the sale is zero. Don't take any chances with Vince or Paradise Spas.
