    After flooring, commode installed.

William and Co. had their work cut out for them - a previous plumber had rerouted water pipes in the bathroom, and after installation, did not level their concrete work on the floor. I had tried leveling, and it was a pain in the arse, and it never leveled. He was able to remove my failed repairs, level the concrete (!!!), add a needed Safety outlet and place the new flooring (looks great)! About two hours after he left, my replacement commode was delivered. Because of the great Job he did, the new commode installed in 10-15 minutes! I can't tell you how friendly and professional they were. I will definitely look for William Remodeling Service for any future projects! P.S. - They were very dog friendly! My pup was sorry to see them go!

    Door color had faded too.

William and his men did an excellent job on my two projects. One problem I had was a a/c water pipe draining onto my patio that had to be rerouted through the attic to drain into the grass. The other project was replacing rotten wood around my shed doors. These men were completely professional, meticulous, neat, and did more than I expected on my projects. I will be hiring them again in the future and sharing this company experience with others. They also offered me various options and prices to choose from for each project.

Backsplash and hood vent. They had to open up a hole through the wall so we had ventilation when cooking.

William worked on 3 projects at my home. He and his team worked on the hard floors, stairs, backsplash, and installed hood vent. All went well, and we we have more projects in the future for him and his team.

I had wanted a new entry chandelier for awhile, and finally decided on one from Wayfair. The problem was, our entry ceilings are over 20ft tall! I reached out to at least 10 local handyman services over several weeks, trying to get quotes. Most either never answered or said they couldn't do it due to the ceiling height. William answered my quote AND came out to my home to give an accurate estimate! (Something I really appreciated!). He was reasonably priced and was able to complete the work the very next day! It only took him 3 hours and he cleaned up after. My new chandelier looks GORGEOUS! I was thrilled to hear he handles plumbing/electrical/painting and other handyman jobs because I will 100% be using his services again!

We had a big hole in the drywall from a leak prior to Christmas. Of course because of the holidays and such, we waited to get it repaired. William was responsive... showed up when he said he would and fair in pricing. Will definitely have him on speed dial for future projects!

William and his team were great. He was the fastest in responding, quickly understood what I wanted, gave me an estimate, scheduled the appointment, and came the next morning. The job to fix my kitchen faucet was done well and professionally. I'll definitely use these guys again for future jobs. Thanks!

William was great from start to finish. I had him replace a few planks of laminate flooring in my bathroom that got wet and destroyed by a pup. He was on time , respectful and completed the job efficiently for the price we agreed on.

William and his crew did some amazing work for us. What started off as moving a water line ended up being almost a full home remodel. William and his team helped with our plumbing, drywall, and tile in our bathrooms, showers and countless other small details.

We used William again to replace bathroom faucets in another bathroom. Always respectful and does a very good job with our projects.

He quoted $2,000 total and promised to finish in one week. I paid a 50% deposit of $1,000. Shortly after starting, he requested another $400. Despite receiving $1,400, he completed less than half the work. He then stopped showing up, offered constant excuses, and eventually ignored all my calls and texts. I officially stopped contacting him on May 9, 2026, and had to hire someone else to finish the job. I used him ten years ago and he did great work, but his standards and reliability have completely dropped. He deserves zero stars. Avoid this contractor to save your time and money.

TLDR: Rick's Painting Service has been a nightmare. Rick is unprofessional, unreliable, and…read moredishonest. We paid $4,500 and had our property stolen, a major appliance damaged, our disposal damaged, a wall damaged, there's paint everywhere, the carpet has to be replaced, our locks had to be replaced, the job was never finished, and what they did finish is such poor quality it has to be re-done. We hired Rick to paint the interior walls, trim and ceilings of our 2,900 sq. ft. house, and paid him $4,500 up front. He told us it would take about 8 to 10 days with a 4-person crew including himself. He started March 26, and by May 11, six and a half weeks later, they weren't even close to finished. We fired Rick, but he'd essentially abandoned the job weeks earlier. Rick promised us a crew of 4 people including himself, but there were rarely 4 people and Rick was almost never there. Most days, Rick didn't even check on the job site, just dropped people off in the morning and picked them up at the end of the day. He only came in the middle of the day if we called him about problems. More than $80 of our personal property was stolen. Rick said of the person he suspected, "she's got to quit stealing stuff". But he'd given her our house key and let her come to our house alone when we weren't there. Rick said, in his own words, that he keeps "robbing Peter to pay Paul", meaning he used our $4,500 to fund other jobs, then ran out of money for ours. Rick hired people he'd never met and left them in our house unsupervised. One of them climbed on our brand-new dryer and put two huge dents in it, which will cost over $500 to fix. Rick's crews got paint on our floor tiles, shower tiles, in the grout, dripped on and ground into the carpet, dripped and smeared on cabinets, handles, door knobs, light fixtures, windows, appliances, furniture, toilets, showers, countertops, tile backsplashes, and more. They got paint on our bed, chiffon drapes, clothing, a suit jacket, on bags and luggage, our printer, and numerous other personal belongings. They washed out equipment in every one of our sinks, getting paint stains on every basin and faucet fixture. They got paint in our garage, on our back patio, our front patio, our stone front walkway, our driveway and a brick column next to our driveway. There's so much paint on the carpet we have to get it replaced. They clogged our disposal with a giant clot of paint, and now it doesn't work properly. To hide a hairline crack - one we'd never noticed - Rick carved a canyon half an inch wide and at least a quarter inch deep all the way from floor to ceiling and filled it in. He failed to match the existing wall texture, and now we have an 18-24" wide, 8' tall swath of wall that looks like we had severe water damage. For a hairline crack we'd never even seen. Rick expects his crews to bring their own supplies, and doesn't provide the equipment they need. They had a broom but no dustpan. They never brought a vacuum for the carpets. At least one day there was no painter's plastic. Most days there was no painter's tape. They had individual sheets of sandpaper, but no disc sander, no sanding blocks, not even a grip for the paper. They tore apart a box full of our belongings to use one of the cardboard flaps as a tool. We were away from the house for three weeks, and when we came back almost no work had been done, and what little had been done was extremely poor quality. The top molding on one of our kitchen cabinets had been broken off. None of the cleaning Rick promised to do had been done. The crews left a mess at the end of every day and never cleaned up after themselves. They left food trash in the house and dumped soda in the collection bin in our garage. Their trash created a fly problem. Before we fired Rick, we insisted that his crew of 2 actually clean some of the mess. In a day and a half they made very little measurable progress, and it's going to take us a lot of time, money and elbow grease just to clean and restore our property, nevermind repairing and completing the paint job.
