William and Co. had their work cut out for them - a previous plumber had rerouted water pipes in the bathroom, and after installation, did not level their concrete work on the floor. I had tried leveling, and it was a pain in the arse, and it never leveled. He was able to remove my failed repairs, level the concrete (!!!), add a needed Safety outlet and place the new flooring (looks great)! About two hours after he left, my replacement commode was delivered. Because of the great Job he did, the new commode installed in 10-15 minutes! I had wanted a new entry chandelier for awhile, and finally decided on one from Wayfair. The problem was, our entry ceilings are over 20ft tall! William repaired a hole left by some inept plumbers in my bathroom. Not only he did a superb job, he fixed up the plumbing that was not secured to the studs by the plumbers. Towards the end of his work I'm like well I will clean the bathroom and refinish the bathtub caulk when he is done. Well he did all of that and I didn't even ask about the bathtub caulk. I called William to install 2 bathroom exhaust fans. After talking with him and hearing what he could do, I hired him to take care of multiple unfinished projects in the house. He completed a closet extension in one of the guest bedrooms, he completed the kitchen renovation. He increased the office by removing a wall and then framing a new wall. We have been looking to remodel our guest baths, replace flooring in the guest bedrooms and redo the office. Over the span of of 6-8 months, I met with a bunch of contractors to help scope the project. I was looking for someone with an attention to detail, who I could work with to tweak things on the fly and who had experience around the range of things we were getting done.
