Jason is absolutely phenomenal at what he does. His craftsmanship is pure perfection. We hired Jason to replace a kitchen island extension that was badly botched by a previous contractor. The previous contractor had left it with visible drywall screws wide exposed cuts, etc. It looked terrible. After panicking because our countertops were scheduled for installation and looking through Jasons Yelp photos, we knew we needed to get on Jason's schedule. He books out sometimes 3 weeks, and this was last minute. We ended up delaying our countertop installation by 3 weeks in order to have him do the work. Waiting for Jason to do the work was 100% worth having a plywood island top for those 3 weeks. He showed up on time and got right to work. His cuts are precise, and the extension he built looks like it's always been there. We ended up hiring him to extend our kitchen cabinetry to the ceiling and add crown molding to it, as well as add trim pieces to our cabinets' blank sides before we had them painted. We also hired him to modify and install a wood hood over our stove top. Everything came out perfectly. We are more than impressed with his work and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. This guy is a professional and the best kind. There was not one bad surprise with him. He even gave me some tips, as I was filling the cabinet handle holes prior to getting them painted. They came out perfectly. Thanks, Jason! read more

100% would recommend King's Home Services. We had drywall repair done after plumbers had to cut several areas to find a slab leak. Jason was friendly, fast, and the end result was excellent. His prices were refreshingly fair compared to three other quotes we received from other drywall contractors. We will absolutely use his services for other projects in the future. read more

Jason was very helpful, kind and professional. He went above and beyond. He even read the product manual for the range hood we were trying to install before he came out. We tried to get a range hood installed but discovered it was not compatible with the existing setup and Jason offered to waive his fee for that time. He also made short work of a P-trap replacement I needed. Really a stand up guy and I plan to use his services again. read more

I have hired Jason several times to do numerous jobs around my home. Always does outstanding work.

Jason showed up on time, worked very hard and efficiently, and got most of my list done. His quote for drywall repair was much lower than others and he followed through on that price. The repair looks great. It also took about as long as he estimated. Finally, I appreciated that he said some things needed to be addressed, but said that others didn't really matter. Planning on hiring him again. read more

Great guy and great service. Jason was hired by my A/C company to help remove my ladder and helped me upgrade my attic ladder to a better insulated aluminum ladder. He was quick and efficient, and offered a great price to install the new ladder. Would highly recommend him if you need handy work needed. read more

Due to the COVID-19 chaos all around us Jason was not able to continue our install but he is a stand up guy and works with good faith. He came over to install a barn door but we had received the incorrect door from the manufacturer. He had to charge us his minimum 2 hour charge but said he would make it up to us when we received the correct door. With the virus stopping most contractors from doing inside work at customer homes the job has stopped. However, he did refund us some of the fee he originally had charged us. Although I cannot give feedback about his work I can definitively say he is a man of integrity and worth doing business with. read more

Jason kept his word. He arrived on time, hung my curtain rods in a bay window perfectly and charged a fair price.

Jason King recently installed an attic ladder for us and did a great job! I wanted to replace the old heavy wooden ladder with a lighter weight aluminum one and I chose Kings Home Services to do the job based on the good reviews and Jason's vast experience with this type of project. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished work and will certainly use Jason again on subsequent jobs. read more

I used Jason for a storm door install. He was professional, stuck to the agreed time table. He even picked up and inspected the door at the point of purchase. He also sent a text to confirm the color of the storm door. Once completed he sent a picture and the cost was exactly the same as the bid. Easy payment methods. I felt safe having him work at my home, he even let the cat out of the "secure room" once the door was installed. I highly recommend Jason for handyman work. read more

Professional, good communication, cleaned up daily. My project took longer than originally estimated but Jason kept me in the loop the whole time and he never left me worrying whether he would show back up to finish. Pleased with the results. read more

Once again, Jason comes through with a great install! Ordered an overhead storage rack that need to be properly install and a bit beyond my talents so coordinated with Jason to get this installed. He estimated 2 hrs to get it completed and he was right on the button. Project turned out just as I envisioned, thanks to Jason. I've already ordered another rack, since we still have more stuff to store, and working to set up another install. Best handyman in the Georgetown area hands down. read more

Jason installed my pet door for me. He was punctual, professional and did an awesome job despite the fact that the factory screws for the door didn't fit, he went to hardware store and got was needed. Jason did an outstanding job for us by converting my dining room into an office space. The dining room had a walk way to the kitchen and a large entrance area from the hallway. Jason closed off the walkway to the kitchen and brought in the walls in the hallway so that I could have double barn doors that enter the office. He did all the framing and drywall for the project. He was quick and the work was awesome. His prices are perfect and he has a friendly personality. I would definitely use him again on any future project and would highly recommend his services if you are looking for help. read more

I had a staircase project that was languishing for months on end because I wasn't confident on my ability to get it done. It involved replacing my old oak rails and balusters with cable railing for a contemporary makeover. I contacted Jason and he took a look at my staircase , the materials I had already purchased and was upfront about the fact that he had never tackled something like this but was willing to take it on. This project was challenging and it involved some pretty intricate cuts / wood working skills. There was some trial and error and learning but Jason was tenacious and stuck in there and got the job done. I was very impressed and thankful. Great experience. Great guy - upfront honest and dedicated to getting the job done. read more

I have never loved giving a good review more than this one. Jason King redid my horrific "purple kitchen" (yes, horrid purple and pink glass backsplash that was stomach-churning) and perfectly installed a gorgeous travertine brick backsplash that is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. When people walk into my kitchen, they literally keel over at how different it looks and how rustic and perfect it is for our ranch house. It was even more gorgeous than I had imagined it would be. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very kind, conscientious and detailed in his work, and has made my kitchen absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!!!! Next, I'm having Jason come back and do a custom sliding barn door for my kitchen's pantry cupboards, and then other things, as well. He feels like one of the family and we just love him.! read more

Jason just finished several projects around our house: new locks install, weather re-stripping - front/garage doors, floor tile installation in the bathroom (old linoleum removal), new storm door install, some door adjustments, front door refinish, and he did some drywall repairs for us back in November 2016. He did an excellent job on everything, we are so very happy with the results. I seriously think that Jason can do anything and fix anything around your home for a very reasonable price. You can't go wrong with him, he is a super nice guy as well!! Pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Jason for anything that needs to be done around your home, he is very reliable, responsive, extremely skilled, and professional. Can't say enough good things about him, we are hoping to have him in our home for all the future projects. Thank you, Jason! read more
