It was expected he was to provide an updated quote and after 12 days of nothing received I questioned him. Roswell was then defensive and rude wi his response. I chose Rowell because of a personal recommendation but then learned no one had actually done business with his company. Limited experience. Limited and unfaithful communication make him hard to work with. Roswell tried to place blame on myself who admitted to not have had any experience with this situation. Ge reassured me that he had my best interest in mind. Everything changed after the first interaction. Save your time and work with a professional.
