We finally found the the right company for our homeowner needs. I contacted Zach over to phone and asked him for an estimate to replace the roofs of our carport and shed, which was halfway blown away from the last storm. He made a good offer and sounded professional and experienced. After reading the reviews, we decided to hire him. He and his team is well organized, polite, respectful and hard working. They are used to work hand in hand like real team players and it is obvious that the boss is taking good care of his workers. The project got done in a few days only and in very good quality. They kept the work area clean and left no trash behind. Also made sure, there was not one screw left on the ground , using a magnet tool before they left. Shady guy came to my house said he would do my roof for 14500 said he needed 1/4 down payment before he even started the job wanted more money couldn't give me a recipt for money paid left trash all over my yard and did very poor work asked me for final payment I asked if he was done he said yes so I sent him 30 pics of the trash n messed up job on roof he did and he said he wanted the last payment before roof was completed I told him no I'd rather go to court didn't hear from him for a year sends me a yet tonight sayin he put a lien on my house I will be taken him to court his service was and is garbage and a rip off you can clearly see n the photos his work is totally trash just like his character read more

got completely screwed by my 1st contractor by 58,750.00 I was so done but then I meant Zack this guy is totally amazing his crew are a hot mess but I love each and every last one of them they work hard and they actually made my dream come true even as I write this I am crying my house is totally amazing and its not even done yet. I went from a torn up house to a honey I am home house wow I can't even say thank you its not even an appropriate word to describe what I am feeling. I don't usually waste my time writing reviews but i feel compelled due to the quality of work i received from this awesome LOCAL down to earth company! Element Construction provided a truly amazing experience from start to finish. I truly appreciate a company that values it's customers and with element construction this is no doubt the case. I called on a Thursday with a request to remove a wall connecting my dining room and kitchen. The owner personally gave me a very reasonable qoute over the phone and was very effecient with providing me with feedback on his availability. The work was started that next Saturday do only to my own personal inability to meet a sooner timeline due to prior arrangements. Not only did the element crew show up ready to work, but they were very courteous to my children, and took special care to ensure they did not damage my home with their tools, and equipment. The job was 98% finished in 1 day! These men worked dilligualantly ensuring every detail was done with care. The other 2% (paint touch ups) were completed on a Sunday, simply because the guys at element wanted to finish the Job. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my decision to hire element construction to do my work, and will not only have them back for future work, but will recommend them to all friends and family that need work done.
