Absolute Fence & Gate were outstanding to work with: they came in cheaper than all other alternatives, were the most responsive with clear communication, and were very knowledgable about the options within our space. Amanda was extremely responsive and helped us scope out our initial ask to coordinate an onsite bid walk quickly and helped sort out billing. Travis helped develop our initial concept for a gate into an efficient, turn-key solution that would abide by local codes and fit within our budget. After clarifying our scope, the project was completed at a lightning pace. They staggered the required demo of our old fence until the day they'd be able to erect the fencing to minimize the amount of time our house was exposed to the street. The work crews were very professional and Travis and his team clearly explained the scope each day and progress updates. In addition, Cade and the gate operator crew were outstanding. They set up the motor and made sure all items were functional tested. They did a terrific job commissioning the equipment and explaining how to use it. The commissioning team also noted that our gate operator had a minor issue and contacted the manufacturer for a same-day under warranty solution. The level of service was outstanding, and I was very pleased to have a total turnkey solution. During the construction, Travis would check in with the teams and ensure quality work which resulted in zero punch items at final walk. Our back fence was falling down and the neighbor's dog could jump over it, so we knew we needed a new fence. We inquired with them and got a response within 24 hours. On the day of the install (which was a couple of weeks after the assessment, as their schedule was booked until then), they showed up on time and within the first hour had torn down the old fence and started installing the new. Travis is our guy. I trust him and you should too. I literally tried to give him more business asking for additional fencing and he rejected it. He told me he would be happy to take my money but truly did not think I needed the extra fencing. The work was done well but had some issues. Travis came back to inspect and agreed there were issues. Another repair visit was scheduled and the work done to our satisfaction. We were not even asked about final payment until Travis confirmed we were satisfied. Connor, our project manager came through at every turn. I asked for a 5-foot fence. Absolute Fence got about ¼ done when I realized we needed more privacy. Connor had them take down all the 5-foot planks and redo. He charged only the materials and labor, no profit. Several weeks after completion, Connor came over to check and replace any planks that had changed position after the wood dried. While here he found a sprinkler pipe that had been broken when a plank was pushed down. He pointed it out and said to send him the invoice for repair. I did, and Absolute Fence took care of it. Finally, during the same follow up visit, there was a section where our small dog might have been able to dig under. Connor had dirt brought in and filled the whole area. We've had 2 fences built before. No company, and no project manager has come close to the quality of service Absolute Fence and Gate gave us. The fence and gates work perfectly and look beautiful.
