Just had a cedar fence installed by FenceMaxx at my home in the Lake Forest sub-division in Round Rock. From start to finish, the experience was as good as it gets. Brandon DiPietronio, a managing partner, came to the house soon after our call and made recommendations on the fence project. We were extremely impressed by his knowledge of fence construction. His father was in this business, and his entire career has been spent in developing a company targeted to the home owner. This is an important point. I had three other bids, all with larger companies that do home as well as commercial fences. If you're looking for a fence installation company. Stop. You've found it, this is the one. Three reasons why I had a good experience (#3 is most important): 1. Notice - I was always kept up to date, and they provided me a timeline at the very beginning so I knew exactly what the process was, and when to expect the work to be done. 2. Budget and Quality - I had concerns about the budget for my fence. Scott worked with me towards a compromise that still got me a great fence and stayed within budget. The quality of the fence and the workmanship was excellent. Extremely happy with it. 3. Customer care - Scott takes extremely good care of his customers. I had a snafu with a single sprinkler that was outside of the fence/property line. I thought to make a point to do a review, as typically I don't do these unless the business is exceptionally bad. However, in this case, the company was wonderful! I was taken advantage of by a previous contractor for another unrelated job, and therefore, had some psychological baggage, to put it lightly. Brandon was extremely patient and willing to answer all my questions to the level of detail that I requested. Then when an agreement was reached, they came through and actually did exactly what they said they would do! They were very professional, on-time, and did excellent work!! I'm very happy with not only the quality of product, the knowledge of the staff, and the skill of the employees, but the price was very fair and reasonable. When I came out to see how things were going, they were using levels for the infrastructure and measuring tape to assure an adequate depth for the posts. From the owners and office staff to the installers, FenceMaxx are true professionals. As a general contractor I have worked with a great many subcontractors over the years and these guys are at the top of my "recommended" list. I chose them to do the fence at my personal residence. As a master gardener, there were a great many tender new plants and established landscaping that I knew might take a beating due to the nature of the job, the steep terrain and my specific requirements. They didn't even blink. Everything was completed on budget and on time and despite the challenge my property (hill country) presented even the tiniest of seedlings were left unscathed! My church in Pflugerville Texas got a bid from FenceMaxx several months ago to replace 220 ft of wood privacy fence along our property line. Regrettably, we went with another contractor to save a few hundred dollars. Less than six months later, forty feet of the fence was almost blown over with winds no higher than 25 mph. The other contractor cut so many corners and then would never respond to requests to come back out. I contacted Brandon with FenceMaxx. Brandon, Scott & crew were great to work with! Brandon responded to my inquiry immediately and was out the next day to provide me a quote. This was the third quote I had received and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that his quote beat out the rest by a large margin (and I didn't tell him he had other quotes to beat). He worked with me on getting what I needed for the fence permit and they constructed the fence quickly, cleanly, and it looks great. I'm also adding turf in the yard and they suggested leaving the bottom board out until the turf is completed as it would be easier for that to be installed and they would come back out and put in the final board as soon as I call them. An excellent job! My mom needed her plastic fence repaired after Harvey's winds blew sections of it down. He arrived and assessed the damage as only needing a quick 30 minutes of work.
