Similar to what other reviewers have mentioned, the estimate for Campbell's was extremely affordable, and significantly below other estimates and anecdotal knowledge from my friends who have recently had similar work done installing fences around their homes. The work was completed according to the original timeline, and Garret coordinated with my other two neighbors on their shared costs, so I didn't have to worry about collecting their payments, etc. With so many options available for fence installation, I hope this review saves others some unnecessary research -- the other reviews for Campbell's are accurate, as these guys do quality work, on-time, and very price-competitive. The great customer service from Garret just added another benefit of giving my business to Campbell's! I'm looking forward to working with Campbell's on also adding a sealant / stain to complete the beautiful new addition to my house.

Both my neighbors and myself are really happy with it and it looks incredible. The workers were polite and all was cleaned up. Once you get your quote emailed, you can select it via the link and they will send you an email and text with scheduling times. They take the rain into account to ensure the work gets done without interference. I had a shared neighbor fence with rotting posts and they quoted 5 poles and any fixes to slats as needed. The quote included metal posts and wood, we chose metal for longevity. The installers put in cement to lock them in for good. Pinar also split the quote with my neighbor and sent us separate invoices. They finished the work in 2 days, only because my neighbor had them complete a new gate as well, which I just had them do as well. They can do it all when it comes to fence work, they are on time, polite, quiet, and clean up after the job is done. All removal is included in the pricing. No surprises on the bill. I will be having them come out and just finish out the rest of my posts to metal, to match the neighborhood fence, which started with metal anyways.

Had a bad experience with this company…read more They came out for a bid, and was very prompt and professional. We decided to hire them in building a simple privacy fence for us. They gave me a start date of 5/9. A week before the install date they contacted me to let me know they had to cancel and rescheduled me for the end of the month, that was not a big deal. Then, three days ago they contact me again, saying they can install on the original date of 5/9 after all. This was still not a big deal, but I had to juggle a lot of things to include getting my wife a place to sleep as she is a night shift ER nurse so she can't sleep in the day when they work and was between her shifts. I also had to get my dogs to a kennel so they wouldn't bark at the crew all day long. I took the day off since I work 24 hour shifts so I could be there to let the crew in to get started. I also had to speak with all 5 of my neighbors I shared this fence with the make sure they where aware they would not have a fence for two days, etc. On 5/9 I got up early, and got everything ready and the wife and dogs off, and no one showed. I waited until 10am before I had to contact Brent who was unaware of the issue and advised me he didn't know why no one was there but was attempting to get a hold of the contractor who they asked to do the install. I was under the impression they had their own crews, but I guess they used a contractor this time as I assume this was a smaller project for them. By 2:30 Brent advised me that they had never been able to get a hold of the guy who was to do my install and that they could not get anyone out to me today, making my day and all my arrangements I made useless. Needless to say I was quite upset. Brent was apologetic, but didn't really have any answers nor solutions for me, just blamed this unknown contractor they somehow could never get a hold of. I had no choice but to cancel my contract and get my %50 down refunded to me The next morning Mark came to our home to give back my deposit and apologize. As angry I was about the situation I will say it was nice for them to return my money so fast. What boggled my mind was Mark's response to me when returning my check was "I wish you had told us you took the day off work". I don't know what me taking the day off of work has to do with them meeting an arranged install date, but I guess if you have a fence built by them make sure to tell them you are taking the day off of work, it will help them make the install date, or something? Overall I think Mark and his company are decent and honest people. They need to probably hire more reliable contractors if they are going to put their reputation on the line like that.
