Definitely would recommend for reliable, affordable anf friendly service.

I paid half up front the week they started the work and the other half was due at time of completion. The tile was laid and laid in correctly, leaving bathrooms incomplete, toilets not put back in place. There was thin-set all over the walls, tubs and cabinets. They were hollow and grout was already cracking. The LVP were laid in half of the house with many many errors leaving the floors incomplete and needing to be pulled up completely and relaid. He refused to listen to my concerns and request for repairs. He then left the jobsite on 12/02 and did not return. He refused to finish the work correctly and refused to refund any of my deposit. I am now out cost in labor and extra cost in flooring that I will have to replace. He is also refusing to pay his employees, and leaving my home unliveable. If someone recommends this guy RUN the other way. He does not care nor does he back his work or respect the homeowners property. He left trash all over my house and my yard, cutting wood INSIDE my home leaving dust and wood piece on the ground laying wood floor over it. I will tell everyone about how horrible he is not only as a contractor but as an employer and human being.

He made a good offer and sounded professional and experienced. After reading the reviews, we decided to hire him. He and his team is well organized, polite, respectful and hard working. They are used to work hand in hand like real team players and it is obvious that the boss is taking good care of his workers. The project got done in a few days only and in very good quality. They kept the work area clean and left no trash behind. Also made sure, there was not one screw left on the ground , using a magnet tool before they left. The price was fair for the good value of work they did. We highly recommend this company.

Tony and his crew were hard working, trustworthy, meticulous, respectful and extremely proactive communicators. I had tight timelines around these few renovations. As any homeowner in the area can attest, it's difficult getting contractors to commit to projects less than a full house renovation or new build. Tony Lazzaretto Construction will definitely be my go to moving forward. Highly recommend!!!

I made a reasonable request as we are two months into the project for our garage conversion and they should have been finished by now, to either refund the money for the uncompleted work or actually finish the project. I will update my review/post when either they complete it or refund our money for the work that is left uncompleted. I paid them $37,674.29 to complete the project back in April of 2026. 8 weeks is a reasonable time to complete the project and yet they still have not. The demolition was on 8 June. It is now 3 August. We decided to cancel the project with them (on 29 July, after the 4th no show) since they seem to not be able to complete it and give us a refund for the uncompleted work which is a basic concept or for them to finish the project as paid for and promised. Its a constant process of them scheduling people to come out and then they don't and continue to say they will finish the project "soon", my definition of soon is not continued delays week after week after week. The project manager doesn't even know if they do or don't show, we had to notify them they did not show up yet again (text message proof that he would "figure it out" and never did which led to us wanting to cut ties with them). The last day they did any work was on July 10th for the framing. They stated they would still hold their promise and still have intentions of finishing but also sent an email from their legal team stating they do not owe us a refund as they have not "breached their contract" - not finishing the project is definitely a breach and not giving a refund for uncompleted work definitely is a breach. I hope they can fix this or simply refund the money for the uncompleted work. Not a good way for them to support a disabled veteran like myself. Recommendations for legal support would be great. Everything in this post is completely accurate and is not in defamation - only in my review and supporting documents which are true and no lies are being told here. They are doing this to a multitude of homeowners in the area many are pursuing legal action. Don't use them. They report all bad reviews as spam so it is removed. They also have not paid many of their subcontractors, including ones that did work on the project.
