We did our research before selecting a roofing company to replace our roof after the hail and storm damage in 2023 and 2024. They stand behind their products and warranties. When we had concerns on a holiday weekend a couple of years after the new metal roof was installed. They answered our call and ensured their products and work exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended upgrading to a metal roof-cheaper insurance premiums. read more

New Roswell was very personable on day one while visiting my home. He said the roof & gutters should be replaced. When ins questioned his response he backed off and would not provide any written of the repairs needed. Only noted in his text messages and his verbal conversation that he noted specific repairs needed. He lied and was dishonest from day one. He over committed and and put me at the bottom of the list after a verbal conversation stating he had my back. Nothing v was mentioned during the phone conversation of not being covered. It was expected he was to provide an updated quote and after 12 days of nothing received I questioned him. Roswell was then defensive and rude wi his response. I chose Rowell because of a personal recommendation but then learned no one had actually done business with his company. Limited experience. Limited and unfaithful communication make him hard to work with. Roswell tried to place blame on myself who admitted to not have had any experience with this situation. Ge reassured me that he had my best interest in mind. Everything changed after the first interaction. Save your time and work with a professional. read more

They did a horrible job on my bay window roofing. They finally fixed the roofing but left permanent damage on the brick. The project manager himself ran his trailer into my gate causing lots of damage. One of the bay windows had a bad leak about 6 months later which destroyed the ceiling under the bay window roof. I spoke to the front desk on two different occasions but the person responsible for the mess ghosted me both times. R & R roofing was called for an estimate on hail damage to my roof. Jaimie came out and did a thorough job on the roof and the inside for the leak. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and I had plenty. The process was easy and he was very patient. The roofers came early that morning and put tarp over the whole yard. I had to leave the house so I wasn't there as they did the work. Jaimie sent me pictures of the house as they worked and kept me in the loop. They were fast and clean. When I arrived home you could not even tell they had been there outside of the roof being new. They were excellent and my roof looks amazing. He went out of his way through the whole process. I do not recommend this company. They performed faulty work on a 20x30 cement patio while failing to obtain city permits, Rob, the owner assured me that he would correct the issue but later retracted his promise. I won the lawsuit and have a judgment against them. DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY They are not integral and cut corners and do not do proper work. The owner is not a man of his word read more

I met Jamie Ruiz after I saw him working on my neighbors roof and so when my house was hit by the latest windstorm and I had some missing shingles , I called Jamie and explained my situation with the missing shingles. Jamie was quick to respond and made time out of his busy schedule to come to my house and make the repairs before the next rain showers hit the neighborhood. He did a great job Thank You so much read more

Absolutely amazing work and stellar customer service. Robert is a huge advocate for his clients with insurance agencies. We had some major issues with USAA trying to cut corners that would have cut the quality of the roof so much that it wouldn't pass inspection. He took photographs of his work along the way to show that his company does not cut corners. His employees also worked quick and efficiently. You cannot get better quality service than Rob and his team. read more

Great staff and crew. They were very helpful and fast. Great communication between us.

We've had several shingles that were blown away from some recent gusty thunderstorms and I was pretty certain that we needed a complete roof replacement due to the last time it was changed. Rob came out promptly for an estimate and I was surprised that we didn't need any major roof repair, just only needing a few shingles replaced. The cost was very minimal and I'm sure we could've easily been taken advantage of by someone else. Thanks for being such an honest businessman, Rob. Highly recommend! read more

When we needed our roof re-done I did my homework and called 4 different places. The local place friends ref'd me told me it would be at least a month for them to even come out and give us a quote. Even though I said okay they never called back. Another quote took me three weeks to get and was more than Rob's quote or the quote of our insurance adjuster. The 4th place never returned any messages either. Rob came to see our house and gave me a written price quote the same day that I called him. He was very personable and didn't try to sell me on the products like the other company did-- He told me he used the same products and that they were what everyone should be using. From the time I hired Rob our roof was finished within three days. They were fast, did quality work, cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions that I had. I also hired Rob's crew to re-stain our fence. I was hesitant to have anyone spray, but they did a flawless job and there was NO over-spray. It's been several month and both my fence and roof look amazing. read more

Tirso was able to get me an appointment the very next week. The crew of about 10-15 showed up at 7am and got to work and were done at about 1130am. They cleaned up everything and even went so far as to install a new exhaust vent for my bathroom fan and paint all the rooftop hardware black to blend in with the new shingles. Awesome job, highly recommend. read more

Don't waste your time. The first red flag should have been how curt the lady was who answered the phone but I persevered because they had been recommended by someone I trusted. I was told that I would be receiving a call back from a guy named Ryan to schedule an appointment. 24 hours turned into 48 then 72 pretty quickly with no call back. I called again and talked to the same lady (Maria I think) who was clearly annoyed to hear from me again. She informed me that Ryan would be calling and to just wait because he is really busy. Is there only one person who can talk to me about a metal roof??? It's been a little over a month and still no call. He is either too busy or she could not be bothered to pass along my information. Regardless, my time is valuable too. I called FSR after about a week had passed and had someone over to look the next day. I will have a new metal roof installed on all four of my outbuildings plus my house by the end of the month. read more

These guys did a great job. Fast and reliable. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards.

I don't live in the same state anymore but I needed a new roof. Since I was new to insurance claims, I trusted other reviews and I was not dissapointed. Rob walked me through everything and kept in constant contact. He took plenty of before and after pictures. While I was in the early stages and getting other opinions, he covered holes in my roofing to stop damage from ocuring. He didn't have to do that. And best of all, it was done in record time! I was seriously shocked. I will be going nowhere else for my roofing needs on my other houses. read more

Reached out to them twice with in a week, and no response after contacting their customer service rep. Both times their rep told us that a technician would reach out with in 24 hrs,..no one called. I have never left a bad review before, but I feel like this needs to be addressed. We've decided to go else where for our roof repair, and unfortunately for me it will be from a non-local company. When it comes to home repair I generally prefer going with local businesses; so that way hard working folks within the community can continue to sustain their way of life and they can continue to grow. In this case a business opportunity was surely missed on their part. read more

Shingles on my roof have been coming loose over the past wind storms in Central Texas. After my own delays, I finally started calling around. R & R Industries was the only company that was able to provide a quick turn around. I wasn't experiencing leaks, but they're the only company that even asked upfront. My estimate was giving on the same day of the call. They were also willing to complete my repairs on the same day since I had new shingles readily available. I recommend R & R Industries for roof repairs due to wind/storm damage. I'm extremely pleased with the service R & R provided. read more

I am one happy customer. We had a heavy rain yesterday and found that there was a leak in my bathroom ceiling. I immediately called R & R Industries and received a call back immediately from the assistant. She was very nice and told me she would send someone out. Jaime Ruiz called me a few minutes later and told me he would be out later to check it out. This guy was so polite and friendly on the phone and in person. So polite. Very respectful. Bottom line he fixed my roof the next day. If anyone ever need a roof on their house I highly recommend R&R Industries Roofing. They are very reasonable and the workers are very professional. Especially Jaime Ruiz. You won't be disappointed. They are the best. Thank you. read more

Rob was awesome. Great materials, very professional and even got us a discount on our home insurance by installing a new roof. We would of never known about the discount if Rob hadn't been to school for insurance too. Very well priced for the excellent work that was done on our roof. read more

I phoned R&R Industries to look at my rental house after a hail storm ripped off some shingles. He immediately assessed AND repaired the flap of shingles that blew off FOR FREE!! He also relayed that it wouldn't hurt to phone my insurance company to also have them assess the roof, since it looked like it took a beating. Had he not cared or just looked at the flap of blow shingles, I would not have known that the entire roof and gutter system needed replaced. His thoroughness and excellent customer service have definitely raised the bar for others in the industry!!! I highly recommend giving him a call!! read more
