Highly recommend EMC Remodeling! We had wasps find a hole in our siding and make a nest. We had to rip out some of our soffit to get them out, and in doing so left a big hole that squirrels and possum started getting into. So we wanted to fix that, as well as go around the entire house and caulk up any other little holes to prevent wasps from doing it again in the future, along with keeping other bugs out. I reached out to 10+ companies/contractors and quite a few wouldn't do it because it was too small of a project. Then only 2 of 5 of them came out the day they said they would. Of those two, only EMC understood exactly what I was asking for and even found a piece of rotting wood under a window that needed to be replaced (the other company said our siding looked great and didn't need any other repairs ). And when the quotes came in EMC was significantly less expensive despite doing more work, since the other company was only repairing the soffit while EMC repaired that, caulked areas all along the house that needed caulking, and replaced that piece of wood. After I paid the bill, they got me in their schedule quickly and kept me updated on any changes as the weather caused some delays. Once here, they got everything fixed in less than a day, painted and cleaned up, and gave reccs on what else needs updating soon. Overall they were extremely knowledgeable, did great work, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back to them if we need help on our next project. read more

On May 2019, Eduardo and his team remodeled my kitchen, living room, laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor. In the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room he installed new cabinets, backsplash, sinks, granite countertops and helped me design an awesome kitchen island. His team also installed new flooring and painted the first floor in addition to electrical work. I'm very pleased with his professionalism, timeliness and dedication to my project. I agree with previous reviews that if he's busy, his team is worth waiting for availability. I plan on reaching out to EMC for future home projects. read more

I called them to inquire about a sliding door install. Two days later 3 guys showed up...efficient, professional and installed our door to perfection ! I could not be happier with their service, they cleaned up and even cleaned the window. This is old school workmanship and I am happy to have found them ! June 2019, Eduardo and his tile crew laid down the tile floor of my dreams in most of the house (excluding two small bedrooms). My slab had gotten a hairline fracture after the sonic boom one night two Octobers ago. This fracture required that Schluter Ditra uncoupling membrane be laid down and the tile laid on top of it should the slab move in the future. That threw some extra work into the project. Pedro is the tile master, handling the diamond pattern in porcelain tile with amazing precision. His tile cuts were so close to the the wall that the gaps to be covered with trim were less than 1/4 inch wide. I was unable to attach photos here, but go to Google and you will find three photos of the tile work in progress. I didn't take the cheapest bid. I hired Eduardo because I knew I could count on his professionalism, timeliness, honesty, and commitment to making sure the job was well done and that I was happy with it. We found EMC and Eduardo Martinez two months ago on this site when planning to replace all outdated windows in our 16-year-old house. Mr. Martinez came over, provided us with window option brochures, window and installation warranty information (20-year glass, lifetime parts, and 5 years labor), gathered all window sizes, and quoted a very reasonable price compared to other window replacement businesses. We provided 1/3 down, and he returned at 7:40 a.m. a month later - our agreed upon time and installation date due to our schedule - with windows and a two-person crew. The crew was thorough and a dynamo of efficiency. They removed old windows with proven delicate skill that damaged none, again, none, of the 17 window openings. I had to approach them twice to please eat lunch thus interrupting their concentrated effort, but 20-25 minutes later were at it again. They stayed on site 12 hours, but by completion, the crew had replaced all windows, cleaned them, sealed/caulked all cracks and openings, cleaned the area, and gathered their equipment. There was hardly a sign they were here save for the brand new very efficient double paned windows. He demonstrated window operability and cleaning and had us feel the heat on the outside and coolness of the inside glasses. The crew were refreshingly courteous and of very pleasant demeanor as stated in another review. We highly recommend this very impressive, unassuming outfit.
