Whatever it is that develops from the humidity and lack of direct sunlight! We happened to see a sign for Coop's in our neighborhood and are SO GLAD we did! Steven answered our first call (no leaving messages or playing phone tag) and was able to fit us in with only a couples days notice! Reasonable rate and well earned for the amount of time and energy he spent on our home. We are very satisfied and will be calling on Coop's again to help keep our home looking it's best!

Since I got so many inquiries on posting this, I thought I'd post it again with no comments…read more Before and after applying one of the new, pre-approved pallets to repaint our home, hopefully this might inspire people to use the new pallets to update their curb appeal adding value to the home and neighborhood. The pallets are gaining popularity as we get more requests for pallets than self-picked colors. I know being in a sea of brown, mustard and grey homes makes it difficult to think outside of that box but if you think of your structure as brick or stone and shingles as all being neutral it frees you to pick a pallet you like knowing it will go with neutral building materials. The pallets are professionally chosen to paint any house, brick and shingles don't matter; the goal is not to match them. Used as designed these pallets are a slam dunk approval, just submit the form so we know what you will be doing and if used right, the supplication should be approved. We used Five Star Painting who did an outstanding job. Part of their normal procedure is to power wash so you're not painting over dirt, calk and that meant even between wall boards to keep damaging moisture out, as well sent a carpenter out to replace soffit boards that showed signs of deteriorating and two coats for a long lasting job.

5-Stars for Excellent Customer Service and a quality install of my new roof in April 2022. * Note:…read moreThere is a continuing shingle shortage, from 2020 to the present, as a byproduct of the pandemic mfg. issue. My house inspector, Todd Arnold re-walked my roof and confirmed my suspicion that the roof needed to be replaced due to some severe storms. I got several bids. With the exception of Gillmeister Roofing, all of the other contractors indicated it would be a 4-6 month wait for shingles. (I wanted Class 4, 30-year OC Weatherguard HP shingles to withstand heat and wind). The Gillmeisters hopped right on ordering the shingles with a prepayment by me. The shingles were received and installed in four weeks from the placement of the order. Wahoooo! While waiting for the shingles to come in, two more high-wind storms passed through, and shingles went flying. Kyle Gillmeister came out and replaced 20 shingles on my roof, to hold me until the new roof could be installed. That was above and beyond. * The crew, led by Hector, came in, did a great job with the removal, sheathing prep, and new shingle install. It was pristine when they were done - it was as if they had never been there. They swept the ground with a magnet to locate any stray nails. * I am very happy with their work as are my neighbors, my home inspector, and my real estate agent, who had all recommended the Gillmeister Roofing company to me. * Mark Gillmeister Roofing has well over a 20+ year track record of excellence. Hire them. You will be happy you did.

I will most definitely call Texas HomePro for any and all future projects.

I am a current customer of Texas Home Pro, they have not completed our project and continue to give…read morethe run around and say contractors will show up and then they do not. I made a reasonable request as we are two months into the project for our garage conversion and they should have been finished by now, to either refund the money for the uncompleted work or actually finish the project. I will update my review/post when either they complete it or refund our money for the work that is left uncompleted. I paid them $37,674.29 to complete the project back in April of 2026. 8 weeks is a reasonable time to complete the project and yet they still have not. The demolition was on 8 June. It is now 3 August. We decided to cancel the project with them (on 29 July, after the 4th no show) since they seem to not be able to complete it and give us a refund for the uncompleted work which is a basic concept or for them to finish the project as paid for and promised. Its a constant process of them scheduling people to come out and then they don't and continue to say they will finish the project "soon", my definition of soon is not continued delays week after week after week. The project manager doesn't even know if they do or don't show, we had to notify them they did not show up yet again (text message proof that he would "figure it out" and never did which led to us wanting to cut ties with them). The last day they did any work was on July 10th for the framing. They stated they would still hold their promise and still have intentions of finishing but also sent an email from their legal team stating they do not owe us a refund as they have not "breached their contract" - not finishing the project is definitely a breach and not giving a refund for uncompleted work definitely is a breach. I hope they can fix this or simply refund the money for the uncompleted work. Not a good way for them to support a disabled veteran like myself. Recommendations for legal support would be great. Everything in this post is completely accurate and is not in defamation - only in my review and supporting documents which are true and no lies are being told here. They are doing this to a multitude of homeowners in the area many are pursuing legal action. Don't use them. They report all bad reviews as spam so it is removed. They also have not paid many of their subcontractors, including ones that did work on the project.

When he finally responded he said he would charge me, then recanted and said it would be 2 weeks before he could get back.
